I lived in Lanzhou and NW China for over a decade, I walked into this restaurant and my mouth was watering. The niu rou mian aka traditional Lanzhou noodle soup, was absolutely authentic. The boiled lamb also spot on (except the seasoning dip should have had some other things in it compared to what I was used to) complete with raw garlic. I'll be back to sample other dishes but I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for Lanzhou noodles.

The best halal noodle place there is ! I got braised beef noodle with milk tea and the amount of food that they give is incredible. Angel hair noodles are the thinnest size thats what i reccomend and defintely get beef for that savoury taste. Milk tea only $3.99 😉 Atmosphere, service, food quality all great. I've come here 4 times in 3 months 😂

Definitely should update your pictures on your menu. I'm not saying I need pictures perfect presentation but the meat looked and tasted bland . Nothing what I expected. Also you container of broth opened up when I put it in my car and spilled out a little.
