Wrong size of order. I would have went back to return but due to the location being far from where I live, I just had to deal with it. I also asked to have some of the ingredients removed but that didnt happen as well. I am so disappointed.

The cashier Sachin at Osmows Military Trail is the rudest person I have ever met. When asked about my order he stated a wait time which made me astonished and looking at my reaction he was commenting with his fellow colleagues saying if you seem astonished I’ll increase your wait time. Such horrible service. I hope the management looks it this matter .

Barely anywhere to sit down if you want to eat in. The service was good. I got the fettuce salad with my chicken on the rocks, the viggies were not even cut. Chicken on the rocks was the same as other locations. I always get that salad, so I won't be going there again.
I came before 9.30 on 10/15/2024 and waited in the queue for 5 minutes, When I reached the counter they said that they can’t give me the token which they said that they already provided. As a result I didn’t get the shawarma offer. I wasted my time coming here. Really bad experience and bad service . If you can’t provide something don’t give false offers. Never gonna buy anything from OSMOS in future as well bcz of this bad experience. It’s better to go and get a shawarma from Shawarma Royale with dignity. Never recommend this store ti anyone. And I post this before 10 PM which means before the closing time of the store.

The food is so gross and greasy. Chicken on the rocks is so oily. Uneducated staff getting paid under the table. The place is so dirty and unclean. Will not come back to this location. This place should be shut down.
UPDATE: to the owner who replied to this message… stop pretending like you would ever help customers’ needs. I’ve seen the owner’s wife harass a staff member. So let’s not pretend this is a respectable family owned business. Giving out your email isn’t going to solve anything.
