What I paid was $20+ more than what I got !! Gave 3 totally different item and wrong size boxes !! Please open your takeout boxes and verify before you leave the counter. The wait time is unreal, this place is pathetically understaffed.

I visit this place regularly. One time I had a bad experience because a staff member was rude, which is why I left a 1-star review. However, today during the midnight shift another employee helped me and explained everything clearly. She had a great attitude and the service was much better this time.

Imagine ordering a shawarma box… and receiving a box with everything except the shawarma. Truly groundbreaking innovation from Osmow’s — they’ve apparently invented the world’s first Shawarma-less Shawarma Box™.

Fries? Check. Salad? Check. The entire reason I ordered the box? Boldly absent.

Even more impressive is the operational strategy. The employees seem to be permanently on their phones, which is great for staying socially connected, but perhaps less ideal for the revolutionary concept of checking the order before sending it out.

I must say, it takes a special level of confidence to hand someone a shawarma box without the shawarma and just hope nobody notices. Unfortunately, I did.

Next time I’ll know: if I want actual shawarma with my shawarma box, I might need to order it as a separate add-on.

I’ve had Osmow’s many times from other locations and never had any complaints, but this location has been disappointing. This is the second time they’ve gotten my order wrong, either forgetting items like tomatoes or adding things like lettuce when I specifically didn’t ask for it. On top of that, the chicken tasted very dry and even had an unpleasant smell. I’m not sure if it’s a quality control issue or just lack of attention to orders, but it definitely doesn’t match the standard I’ve experienced at other Osmow’s locations. I hope they improve because right now the quality here is not great.
