Visited Pallet America at Hillcrest Mall today. Staff member Fargol was super friendly, she helped me out and explained all the flavors I asked about. The ice cream was delicious, full of flavor, and very tasty. Definitely will visit again!

Stopped by PALETTAMERICA at Hillcrest Mall and loved it. I tried the dulce de leche and cookies & cream paletas—creamy, rich, and full of flavour. For those who don’t know, a paleta is a Mexican-style popsicle made with real ingredients, either fruit-based or milk-based. These were milk-based, perfectly balanced: creamy yet firm, not too soft or icy. Definitely a must-try dessert!

Pistachio was so delicious. I don't understand why a lot people saying it's a bit expensive . When you pay a lot money for iPhone you are ok with that,but ice cream should be free?🤣 same as coffee. People want tasty handmade roasted coffe for the price of disgusting Tim Hortons! Tasty ice cream cost money,that's the world we live. One of best Pistachio ice cream i ever tried in GTA. Hard to beat Pistachio ice cream in Turkey,but really close to it. Worth every single penny's

I tried the coconut ice cream at PalettAmérica, and wow, it was perfeeeect! So creamy, refreshing, and full of flavor. Special thanks to Fargol, who was the sweetest! She introduced everything with such enthusiasm and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors. Highly recommend!

honestly, it made me throw up. I tried the mango flavour one, it tasted very natural, but also rather TOO sweet.

This is solely based on the Pistacchio Paletta. Which was perfect. Creamy, real authentic pistacchio flavor.

We thoroughly enjoyed the flavors, they were indeed delicious. We enjoyed trying out dulce de leche, strawberry with condensed milk, pistachio, and Lotus Dubai chocolate. We would definitely consider purchasing again, and we must mention that Miriam or Mirian, the crew was extremely friendly and accommodating to customers.

Delicious gelato—refreshing, creamy, and full of flavor! The girl who is working there, Fargol, is also friendly and helpful. She made choosing flavors easy and fun. Great experience all around!

There are lots of choices. The natural gelato is special and yummy. The Staff was very nice and gave us a brief introduction of the gelato. We will definitely go back to buy other flavours.
