The short version is that my partner and myself basically walked out leaving two full plates of food as it was totally tasteless. We ordered the sweet and sour chicken on rice, and the beef broccoli with black bean sauce. Even though my partner is Caucasian, even she claimed the food was bland. Needles to say the experience was very disappointing and we will not return.
Yo, just rolled through Scarborough and lucked out finding Panda Wok-what a vibe! Got the beef and broccoli with rice, and wow, it was crazy fresh, served piping hot, and the portion was so generous I'm still full. Not from around here, but this spot's got me hooked. Gotta come back to level up with something fancy like their Chili Chicken or Manchurian. Total hidden gem!

Panda Wok has been a part of my life since high school—and the food still tastes just as good as it did back then. I stopped by recently and ordered the lunch special (just over $10), and the portion size was more than enough for one person. After a library study session with my brother, it brought back so many memories.
Their chilli chicken is hands down my favorite—juicy, flavorful, and with the perfect kick. Over the years, I’ve also tried their pakoras, Manchurian chicken, ramen, and vegetable spring rolls—every dish has been consistently fresh and delicious.
This place has been around for a long time in the plaza, and they’ve never compromised on taste or quality. If you’re looking for comfort food at a great price, Panda Wok is definitely worth it.
