This place is hands-down one of my favorite spots for drinks! Their lime and lemon green tea is so refreshing and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just super clean and vibrant. And the mango pomelo sago? Incredible. You can really taste the quality in every sip — fresh ingredients, great textures, and flavors that actually feel premium.
The drinks aren’t just tasty — they’re consistent and thoughtfully made. You can tell they care about the quality.
And I have to shout out the customer service — every time I go, the owner is so friendly and welcoming. It makes the experience even better.

I've had Pann tea for a while now but their white rabbit milk tea has started tasting a little bit more watered down and different than previously? I'm not sure if this is because the barista was different (the guy is who I usually see but today it was some lady). Also seems like creme brulee Milk Tea cost has gone up. Main reason for consistently choosing this shop is because of it's quality, but if it's declining, I might have to stop coming here unfortunately. Will be giving it a second shot another time.

This was our first time at Pann Tea and we had a great experience. We got the passion fruit tea and the white rabbit milk tea. We found the passion fruit tea with 0% sugar still a bit sweet but the white rabbit milk tea was AMAZING.
The owner was really nice, offering suggestions and surprised us with a free upsize of one of our drinks.

They have the best and unique bubble tea here. I loveee their topioca, it's soft, not as hard as other places, and small so easy to swallow. I actually drive almost 30mins to get their bubble tea. Their creme brule cake milk tea and white rabbit milk tea are my top favorites. The staff are also very friendly and kind and they give every drink their all

Tried PannTea, and love it. The creme brulee cake milk tea is delicious with a unique flavour and I can tell the tea is good quality, and not just filled with syrups. The employees are very poor at English, however, so communication is hard and they are very difficult to understand. Can't wait to try their other products. I recommend Panntea.

Tried the white rabbit milk tea with brown sugar pearls. The tea itself was honestly mediocre but the pearls were overly sweet and mushy :(
