Also, I ask just Naan instead have been given well done Naan????
They stated we will replace it but it will take some time.
Now have to eat cold meal till I receive replace naan

We drove all the way from Brampton to Scarborough with high expectations, especially since we had visited this place in the past and I personally know the owner. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be quite disappointing.
The biryani was clearly reheated in a microwave—some parts were cold while the bottom was piping hot. The beef kebab had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the Behari kebabs were overly chewy instead of tender and flavorful. I regret not taking photos to document the experience.
When I raised my concerns, the owner refused to acknowledge any issue. Instead of addressing the quality problem or offering a refund, he simply offered a chicken replacement. My concern wasn’t about getting free food—it was about the unacceptable quality which they didnt acknowledge. We ended up leaving the paid food uneaten.
In my opinion, a restaurant should take responsibility for the food it serves. Sadly, the atmosphere and customer service were just as poor as the food. This experience fell far below expectations, and I won’t be returning.

Went there recently after years and damn the taste is exactly same. One of the rare places with affordable desi food with great quality And quantity. Loved their Nihari, chicken tikka and silky seekh kabab. Highly recommend this place.

Additionally, there was no chutney served with the BBQ, which is usually a standard accompaniment. Overall, it was a regrettable experience.”
Afrin was kind enough to serve us just 15minutes before their closing time and waited overtime until we finished eating.
We have always loved their beef nihari it is the best in Toronto.

we ordered food from patna kabab house a few days ago, we asked for extra raita and when we got home with the food and noticed that they only gave us 1 tiny raita container which was half filled too, quality of raita is very bad. just water. serving us bad raita that they wouldn't even eat themselves. they also got my order wrong. UNBELIEVABLE. Customer Service has gone down the drain day by day. The Lady at the cashier is extremely rude and dishonest with their customers. she doesn't accept her mistake and argues with you. I'm sure we are not the only one whom have dealt with this kind of behaviour. we wouldn't be coming back to this place again.

There was a time where this place were known for their bihari kababs. I ordered the kabab platter, nihari and paya. The bihari kabab was extremely bad, no bihari taste. Nihari was stale and paya was watery thin. Please spend your money wisely and stay away from this place.
