We decided to have a late-night snack and shared an extra-large pho noodle. To our surprise, the restaurant added a 75-cent charge for sharing. Also, the portion size of the extra-large pho noodle seems smaller compared to our last visit

101 came out in few minutes and 250 slightly longer. Steaming hot like I like it. Broth clear and clean tasting but not overpowering. Was hoping for a bit more complexity but tasty nonetheless. Wished for more meat in an XL serving.
