I called ahead as well as wrote comments JUST IN CASE since onion is no listed that I have an Allergy but revived my sandwiches with onions ! I also ordered pho and a dry noodle which was the worst I’ve ever had . Also very cheap on condiments

Service is good but this location accepts only debit and cash. We ordered by phone and the order was ready when I picked up.The food is nice, there is a reasonable selection. I did find the bun bo hue to be oilier than what I'm used to in other places. Also, we got a dish that is supposed to have quail eggs, and the box had exactly zero quail eggs in it.Perhaps the most disappointing part was the condition of the mint leaves and a few other items in the greens mix for the pho that we got in a bag as usual - mostly the mint leaves - many of which were brown or totally wilted (almost rotten). If I give any fruits or veggies to my guests I always filter them carefully - something I'd very reasonably expect to be done at a business that charges money for such food.Overall the food tasted good but not phenomenal.

[ NO ACCEPT ANY ARGUING FROM RESTUARANT ]Super terrible experience with disappointing service. I ordered pho with beef meatballs and tendon. But mistakenly, it came out wrong order and I didnt found out that mistake immediately. After a while when I found out and told the server about this, he didn't gave us any apologize while a bad mood instead and said that was customers' fault which means customers should take the responsibility of this because customers should have double check the food if it is correct. Ridiculously, I have never seen such a restuarant let customers take responsibility of giving customers wrong order. No deserving any tips and customers to this restuarant because of his excellent skills of shifting blames to customers

They offer a variety of Vietnamese dishes, even for those that are hard to find or not popular to foreigners. I personally think the price a little bit pricey. Nonetheless, if you want to find a restaurant offering different Vietnamese dishes, from banh mi to noodle soup, vermicelli like bun cha and even family dishes like braised fish, braised pork belly, sweet&sour fish soup, take a visit here.

Ordered the Bun Bo Hue and it was just right. The portion was just right, the amount of meat didn't seem skimmed on. The soup was also nice, not too spicy and not watered down. The tea they serve here is so aromatic and light. I wanted to take the pot of tea home hahah.The restaurant looked clean and the ambience was cool and quiet.

Taste is decent, and price is a little above average. Often when we visit, there is few minutes wait to get acknowledged at the door, there is often no one at the front. Also, takes a while to get someone to help you when you need to order, refill water, get bill, etc. since it is usually only 1 worker at the front.Also, what I did not like is the automatic 15% tip that they say is for washing dishes, take away plates, taking order, etc. These are the most basic service at a restaurant and while I usually tip this amount based on service, they should not feel obligated to charge minimum 15% for basic restaurant services.

Recently tasted some assorted Banh Mi and Bao as Take out. Must say I was truly impressed by their twist from what's accepted as authentic Vietnamese Banh Mi. Was I disappointed. Absolutely not, but on the contrary was Mmmm DELIGHTED ! Decided to try their Pho for weekend brunch with a friend. Bun Bo Hue (Hue style spicy Vermicelli) was absolutely a heart pleaser. Nem Nuong(Vietnamese grilled sausage) was a slight disappointment. Disastrous was the Mango Salad. Main ingredient; Mango was overripe and soggy, the prawn soggy too. Will sure be trying their other creation in future.
