This is my neighborhood gem. They are always busy. Food is very good. I love their Ice Vietnamese coffee and fresh shrimp rolls.

Parking is very tight. Literally the parking spots are smaller than average.
Their service is on par wjth most restaurants. Can they be busy. Absolutely. I wish they remove the tables for take out.
Use the tablet to add yourself to wait list if they are busy. Be patient with others while waiting
Typical family restaurant. Eat and go. Don’t hang around for a long talk. Be considerate and let others enjoy and share the amazing taste of their food
Highly recommended. Nothing can be done to improve the atmosphere unless they undergo major renovation.
Don’t forget to pick up some boa/Bun/sandwich to go. It’s delicious too

This is strictly a pho review. Waited since 2018/2019 to finally write a review. It wasn't bad or good enough to write about back then. Been back 3 or 4 times in the last few years. Had it again recently and the pho is still and always will be a 3.4/5. Some places make pho BROTH this place makes pho broth. Impressive consistency though.

We ordered a bowl of pho and a bahn mi with an iced coffee. The food was pretty goo! the restaurant was quite busy but we got the food pretty quickly. We enjoyed the meal will definitely go back if we are in the area again.

the food here is delicious....service is extremely fast and efficient, I've tried dif phos rice dish noodles dish and even their sandwich bar and all were excellent . love coming here every couple of weeks
we ordered the food on uber eat, supposing ready by a certain time, yet wasnt. 45min later and still waiting, total wait time from order is 1.5h
