Wait was really long, but the food quality and friendly staff made up for the experience. At some point, it was unclear as to who was next to be seated, as the wait list on the tablet didn’t match the groups being called. We saw groups of two who arrived later than we did got seated before our own group of two, despite arriving much earlier.

Their curry brisket pho is to die for if you love coconut curries!! I always get the same thing and it has changed my life. ?There will be some wait times. However, the service is fast. I would recommend on trying this place. 10/10

Most authentic vietnamese cuisine in GTA. Generous portion of meat servings. Consistency is their priority. Same taste since opening. 100% recommendation for Vietnamese food lovers.

Pho Metro is currently my goto Pho place in Scarborough. This place just does Pho right!. I've tried multiple menu items and think they have all been delicious! Today, it was raining & cold so, I went with their House Special Pho Noodle Soup P1 - small. This noodle soup is just what the doctor ordered to warm your body and soul. The "House Special" like most Pho places consist of rice noodles, rare beef, brisket, beef balls & tripe in a rich savory beef broth. Bean sprouts, basil, and a wedge of lime come on the side as well. The broth here is so flavourful, I rarely chose to add side condiments like Hoisin or Sriracha. I felt a bit spicy today, so I had a sqiurt of Sriracha. A little goes a long way. You don't want to mask that broth, just enhance it. For people that are concerned or put off by the rare meat, don't be. The rare beef is sliced so thinly that it cooks in the hot broth. I believe this is to ensure that your beef is tender and not overcooked. There's not much more I can say about this Pho that hasn't already been said by reviewers. It's just SIMPLY YUMMY! I also ordered the deep fried shrimp & pork spring rolls, but to me, they are just average good. Maybe on the smallish size compared to other places. This location seems eternally busy even after normal lunch hours, which explains why they have a posted 1 hour seating limit. However, I have never seen them have to enforce this policy as the service is fast. I went around 4:30pm on a Thursday and was seated immediately. The kitchen is like a well-oiled machine. The food arrives literally minutes after you order. This is not a hangout spot, it's more of an eat and go place, and the decor reflects that. The restaurant is clean, but it to me has an old school vibe, nothing modern or trendy... just the way I like it. They accept debit, credit and cash. AND if you pay with cash, you get 10% off! And who can't use a discount these days! So do yourself a favour if you want some delicious proper Pho and give this place a visit... my 2 cents.

Servers coudn't recommended food and generally are there to pick up food orders that you write on the paper they provide. Food came out hot and tasted great.

Pretty good bún bowls. Chicken was a bit dry and a tiny bit bland but the combination of everything was otherwise decent. Their sister restaurant Banh Mi Metro had slightly better food imo. I really like their lemongrass chicken banh mi. The meatball one was okay...a bit bland. Looking forward to trying out other menu items at both places!

The food was ok. I feel Iike the broth should have had a bit of a stronger flavour. Like deeper notes.

Visited Pho Metro for the first time this past weekend. There was a waitlist (9 people ahead of us) but it moved by pretty quickly. We ordered the pho and bbh and both were super tasty! The broth was clear and savoury, and the portions were big. One star docked for service (we had to flag down a few servers to get out Viet coffee because they had forgotten it) but definitely will return!

Always count on this place when I'm in a hurry and hungry! Great value with good service for either a sit down bowl of delicious pho or banh mi to go. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

It was my first time going on this place and the service was really bad, the server and the cashier was so rude! I came in and no one is there to sit me so I went to the cashier to ask hows the process as it was my first time, I asked them politely and they just keep on responding on a rude way with a annoyed face. I don’t even want to come back anymore because of the service.

It was a long line of probably the same as me curious people, who read positive ads , so I spent about half an hour to get table, actually just a seats next to strangers. I guess because of the crowd. The pho was very average. I also ordered Pad Thai to go and disappointed another time..To summarize, there are much more spaces better over all.
