Food: ordered #9 on menu, PHO with brisket and Tendon. The tendon was tough and chewy and not edible. tons of gristle on the brisket, not edible. soup was ok and the veggies seem fine too.Service: typical Asian service, not memorable. server seemed to be annoyed because we didn't want to sit between 2 loud groups of people when there were open seats everywhere. The food is already expensive but they also added the gratuities on the bill without telling you.Atmosphere: fairly quiet because there were few people there. Wonder why?Summary: Quality of meats in PHO is poor. Nice quiet restaurant. Expensive for what you get. Service is sub-par.Other Suggestion: There is a nice PHO place on Lawrence near Warden that has better service, excellent quality food (no grisly meat!), prices are better and they don't add their own gratuity and you get 10% off for cash. The only bad thing is that they are busy as hell and you may have to wait for a seat but that is because the food is way better. Go for that.

We went here for lunch and when we went inside the lady on shift (wearing glasses) was really rude! We asked where can we put the strollers as we have two babies with us but she answered like it was bothersome to have strollers in the store. When we were eating she keeps eyeing our table which was really rude. The food was great except for that cold shrimp roll. We were not supposed to give a tip because of what we’ve experienced but we did because it was already on the receipt and mind you we did not even get a thank you when we left. No smile, no warm welcome, and bad service. P.s this is my first time leaving a review on a restaurant!

Last weekend, I found myself wandering the bustling streets, craving something warm and comforting. That's when I stumbled upon Pho Vietnam, a cozy spot that seemed to promise just that. The moment I stepped inside, the aromatic blend of spices and herbs assured me I was in for an authentic experience. I ordered the Pho Tai, a traditional beef noodle soup with thinly sliced rare beef. It arrived steaming hot, with a rich, clear broth that tasted like it had been simmering for hours. The beef was tender, melting away at the slightest touch of my chopsticks, and the rice noodles were perfectly cooked -- soft yet springy. The pho was accompanied by a vibrant plate of fresh basil, crisp bean sprouts, lime wedges, allowing me to customize the flavor to my liking. A squeeze of lime, a handful of basil, and a brave dash of chili transformed each spoonful into a delightful dance of tangy, spicy, and savory. But Pho Vietnam isn't just about pho. I also tried their spring rolls, which were a fresh counterpoint to the rich soup. Wrapped tightly in delicate rice paper, they were packed with shrimp, pork, and crunchy vegetables, served with a peanut dipping sauce that added a sweet and nutty finish. The service at Pho Vietnam was quick and friendly, with the staff making sure we had everything we needed for an exceptional meal. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, with the warm buzz of happy diners all around. As I left Pho Vietnam, I felt nourished not just by the meal but by the experience itself. It's a place I'll return to, not only for the pho but to work my way through their menu of home-style Vietnamese delights. If you find yourself longing for a bowl of comfort, Pho Vietnam is the spot to be.

A simple viet restaurant. My pho was good however it took quite a long time to come out. The 5 friends I was dining with had basically finished half their meals by the time I received mine, despite others also ordering pho or other noodle

The Foods ok I find the P1 is like any other pho place I have been to. Prices are all in the same range as other places. 14 to 17 small to large. As I read through the other reviews I noticed someone mention about the 10% service fee. That explains my bill being 3 dollars more and then I added another 5 dollars service on top of that. I don't mind cause the servers were attentive but the least you could do is let your customers know that theres a service fee included.

Nice Viet soup place in Scarborough. Great selections from their long menu. Delicious chicken wings and spring rolls. Spacious with a friendly server. Lots of parking space. Tasty and recommended. P.S. also suggest visiting the Middle Eastern pastry place across the street. Beautiful pastries from there. LOL.

Great food, good service, at a reasonable price. I love the pork & shrimp vermicelli meal and add a shrimp cold rolls order to go for a snack later. They have incredible peanut sauce and quick service.

Seems like they have a pattern of closing before their stated times. I've been coming here for years but my last few experiences haven't been great. Most recently, our server looked miserable, to the degree that it really started impacting our meal. They've also implemented auto-gratuity, for both small and larger parties, as a heads-up to anyone coming here. The food here used to be much better than it is, and you can definitely tell they skimp on ingredients despite the higher price tags. Worst of all, we were seated at 8:20pm on a Saturday (they close at 9pm) and the staff started shutting off the lights in an effort to usher us out. It was bizarre.

Good food at reasonable prices. I didn’t like that they added 10% service for dine in plus an additional 15% gratuity for parties of 5 or more.Unfortunately the beef in rare beef was a bit over cooked but the fresh shrimp cold rolls were great.

Honestly… it’s not worth the price.I’ve had better phô for much less. My wife, myself, and my daughter went for dinner and it was close $100.We used to come here 10 years ago and it was decent, seems like it has gone downhill since then.
