We ordered 4 dishes. Fantastic value for money with generous portions. Sesame beef was definitely my favorite. The beef was soft and well flavored. The nasi goreng was surprisingly tasty. The ho fun noodles required more sauce but was tasty as well. Dai dop voy was a bit bland for my taste so I’ll order a better chicken dish next time. The ingredients are very fresh as well and the shrimp in both our dishes were huge! Overall this place would definitely be one of my go-tos. Their prices are unbeatable and the owner mentioned they haven’t increased the price in 5 years. It’s getting tough out there so please support them! Hope they don’t go out of business. p.s. there’s no dine in for now

The food never ceases to amaze me and my family. Always tasty, flavourful, appealing and the ingredients are abundant. We’ve been getting our take out orders here for 10 1/2 years. Our guests’ were wowed at the Cantonese Chow Mein, Young Chow Fried Rice, Shrimp with Salt & Pepper, Sweet & Sour Pork, Beef with Broccoli & Fried Tofu that we fed them. They kept asking us where we ordered it from. Their great & friendly customer service is remarkable. Most probably the reason why we keep coming back for more yummy 😋 Chinese food.

What a dump!!! Very bland food. They charge you extra if you want green chillies. Like isnt spicy chillie the whole point of hakka cuisine? This is place is used by the people in the area who dont know good hakka food. Rude customer service. If you like authentic, flavourful hakka food...STAY AWAY!

Phoenix is hands down my favorite Hakka/Fusion restaurant. The food is consistently delicious, but the real star of the menu is their chilli chicken or chilli fish. Both have just the right amount of heat, and packed with flavor. The portions are generous, and the service is always friendly and efficient. While they only offer takeout, Phoenix never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone craving great Hakka cuisine!

Got take out today from Phoenix Pan (Hakka Chow Mein, Vegetable Fried Rice, and Chilli Dishes - chicken) and it was really flavourful and fresh! The dishes were not only filling but also affordable which we appreciated.
Have been coming to Phoenix Pan for years and the quality and quantity does not disappoint - also, the owner and staff are kind and always amazing to chat with! If you are near Scarborough, I would highly recommend dropping by Phoenix Pan for some great Chinese, Hakka, and Thai dishes, as you will not be disappointed :)
