June 27, they shut doors because ovens stopped working half an hour before buffet finished, they wouldn't let me in even though there was still pizzas on the buffet table. Magically after 1:30pm they opened back the doors and ovens started working again, but buffet is done at that time
I drive from mississauga for the buffet, and they wouldn't even offer a coupon or anything. Never coming back. Terrible customer appreciation.

Pizza Hut – Always Hits the Spot! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pizza Hut never disappoints! The pan pizza is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with that classic buttery crust you just can’t get enough of. Their cheese pull game is strong, and the toppings are always fresh and generous.
The variety on the menu—from pizzas to wings, pasta, and even desserts—means there’s something for everyone. Plus, the online ordering is super easy, and delivery is usually right on time.

The worst dine-in experience I ever had in my life. The manager was racist, shouting on the staff and treating customers unprofessionally. The manager had no sense of customer service.
Hot, freshly made, ready when I arrived. The staff here are always very polite and helpful, and the manager clearly takes a lot of care with and pride in this store

I recently visited the Pizza Hut lunch buffet, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. While the staff were friendly, polite, and prompt when we needed anything, the food options left much to be desired.
The pizzas available during our visit were okay but could have been much better in terms of variety. The salad bar was disappointing, offering only lettuce and dressing with no other choices, which felt very limited. To top it off, they’ve apparently removed the dessert pizza from the buffet—I didn’t realize this was no longer included, and it was quite a letdown.
At $13.99 per person, the experience didn’t feel worth the cost given the lackluster selection. While the staff’s service was great, the food quality and variety need improvement to make the buffet a better value.

Pizza Hut charges your credit card in seconds, but the order disappears then. It happened multiple times and you have to wait for your money for days.
Problem solving in person is extremely difficult and frustrating there because the staff is rude and talks down on you.
