I ordered through skip and requested to be hand delivered, the delivery was Pizza Hut themselves the guy knocked on my door and when I opened the door my pizza on the ground. I was livid.
I called the store and voice my concern, and was told that is their service, I specifically said to be handed to me, that’s what you get you deal with poor customer service. I will not order from PIzza HUT , such terrible response to me as a customer.

Customer service was phenomenal — friendly and fast. The two pizzas I got were hot and the crust was cooked to perfection.

Pizza Hut and this location do not skimp on toppings and probably consistently give some of the most of all the chain pizza shops around. They’re the only pizza shop within a few blocks of McCowan and Eglinton so I’m glad they don’t take it for granted!

Pizza hut is mediocre. It used to be good back in the day. Now it's worse then competitors such as dominos or papajohns. The pizza here is extremely greasy, the greasiest pizza i have ever eaten. I don't think i would buy this again for health reasons. Also the price is too expensive compared to other chains. Customer service is terrible at this location and they are stingy.

I recently visited this Pizza hut branch had an absolutely wonderful experience. The customer service was outstanding – the staff greeted me with warm smiles, were attentive throughout, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. They went above and beyond to make the dining experience enjoyable. The food was equally impressive – hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. From the perfectly baked pizzas to the sides, everything tasted delicious and was served quickly. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. Overall this store truly exceeded my expectations with both service and food. Highly recommended!

From the other reviews, it seems like pretty much everybody agrees that the service here is terrible.

And in terms of the food, they do a bare minimum job. The cheese is never entirely covering the pizza for example.

Lastly, they had also removed “Mushrooms” from the “$10.99 Pizza of the day” designated for Thursday. Which looks like they have reinstated now.

I got the Cinnabon and was still doughy and not cooked properly. Also
They are super small and overpriced, not worth the money. The real Cinnabon actually tastes good these ones that they selling doesn't even taste like the real ones. Don't buy from here.

Worst customer service ever.. the staff is very rude as well as every Tuesday there is a offer for $2 personal pizza until end of june 2025 or July 2025 but this location is always out of it and they never serve this deal, whereas other locations are giving the $2 personal pizza deal.. its a scam here… worst worst worst customer service

Worst experience at a Pizza Hut. A couple of friends and I decided to come here around 11:10, 50 minutes to closing to get some pizza. We were greeted by a man on his phone, he instantly told us that he wasn’t taking any order and just went back to using his phone. They close at 12 btw. I asked why he isn’t taking any orders if the store isn’t closed and he just told us the same thing that he wasn’t taking any orders and proceeded to go back on his phone. Very rude and horrible customer service, if he didn’t want to take orders he should’ve just closed down the store, no point in being open if you’re just going to sit on your phone at the register n tell customers that you aren’t taking orders.
