The “large” box of waffle fries came with less than the regular size. The prices are already disappointing enough let alone skimping on sizing after. Ridiculous.

This was my first visit on Christmas Eve day and I ordered the daily deal Canadian pan pizza. It was delicious!

Only complaint was I had to wait a long time for someone to come to serve me. And the location is very hidden if you are heading west on Lawrence Ave. It had room for tables and chairs but it’s empty.

But I appreciate my pizza being well made and looking great.

Love ordering at this location. The pizza is freshly made and is not too long of a wait time considering I waited until I got there to order. Customer service was phenomenal as well Maya at this location is the best.

From the last several months, every Saturday I come to this location to buy a medium pizza (half veggie and half plain cheese). I have always been charged the discounted Veggie Delight price, because I am not taking any vegetables on the second half.

However, for the last two weeks, an employee named Bala has been creating unnecessary issues. She insists on charging me the full price for half-and-half, even though I am clearly not adding vegetables on the second half.

Her behavior is rude and unprofessional. When I asked for the manager’s contact number, she replied that the manager was not available and said, “Do whatever you can do.” This response is unacceptable.

If you truly do not want me to visit this store anymore, please reply here clearly, so that I and my friends—who regularly buy pizza from this location—will stop coming.

Employees with such attitude are harmful to any business. In contrast, another employee previously handled my order professionally and helped me without any issue.

I hope management will look into this matter seriously.

Went in to grab some pizza for lunch, wasn’t thinking too much about it. But I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service from Wijay, the gentleman who served me. We exchanged some jokes and laughs and the service was was quick and easy. If you happen to come here, I hope you get to meet Wijay as well!
And of course the pizza was good too!

The pizza was actually good but if you advertise a 14” LARGE pizza, I expect to receive a 14” pizza pie. It was 12.8” (both the large pizza’s I ordered were this size)

I found it strange that they advertised the exact inches on the actual item when I added it to my cart on the Pizza Hut app. So I put them to the test and they failed miserably.

Advertising specific measurements creates a clear expectation for the customer, and failing to meet those stated dimensions crosses into misleading advertising. When a company lists an exact size rather than an approximate one, it has a responsibility to deliver what was promised. Even small discrepancies matter, because customers are paying based on the advertised size, not a reduced version of it.
