Don't buy from this franchise location, it is poorly run. I ordered online, paid for extra mushrooms. The attached picture is what I received. Called the store to complain and the lady completely ignored and denied that I had paid for the extra mushrooms. Clearly the staff don't want to own up to mistakes and rectify the issue.

Haven't had Pizza hut for a long while. It was always our got to, special occasion pizza. The quality and taste was always better at Pizza Hut. After today, in terms of chain store pizzas, Pizza Hut is below both Papa John's and Dominos. The pizza crust was as great as I remember, but that was it. The toppings were sparse, the cheese was uneven on one of our pizzas (a couple slices barely had any) and although we requested extra sauce, the pizzas were pretty dry. Not what I'd expect for the price. Service was fine, but I'm assuming it was the same person who made the pizza, so just 3 stars overall.

1.Order delayed 20 minutes- understandable because lunch hour rush.
2. Asked for napkins- we are out of it.
3. Asked for chili flakes- we are out of it
4. Asked for a bag- we dont carry bags.
5. Half of the pizza had enough toppings, the other barely had any.
Regular customer for this location but very disappointing experience this time. The guy working (3.00 pm) shouldn't be working there as he acted like he gave me favor by giving me the pizza i ordered for which i paid.
