Especially if you have allergies.I placed an order through Uber Eats, as they had a 2 for 1 promotion.They sent our order exactly as we ordered it EXCEPT the pizza had an item that my wife is allergic too.When I called the store to explain and find out what happened. They said it was the Uber drivers fault.I find it incredibly hard to believe that the Uber driver delivered our exact meal as ordered but the wrong Pizza.I WILL NEVER buy/ order food from that location ever again.I highly reccomend those eith allergies don't either.

Bad customer service here in Canada must be standard.The pizza is the same as in Brazil, but the place is small and only has a counter with two chairs. The best thing is to pick it up to take home.

Their pizza is good. But I called first time, they put me on hold than they hung up. Then I called again and they hung up instantly, I just ordered of Uber eats in the end. Am I on a blacklist? Or are they just too lazy to pick up the phone. 50/50.

We ordered our pizza online and got it delivered. Delivery guy forgot our drinks. When I called store, he came back with our drinks. Store representatives said, delivery guy had drinks in his car, he just forgot. When we sat down for dinner, pizza base was raw and wasn't cooked properly. I felt like i was eating dough. Pizza was veggie lovers, and veggies were nowhere to be found. Extremely disappointed. Will make sure not to order pizza from 462 Birchmount location.
I had order 1 garlic chicken in half of the pizza and other half with cheese ... And 2nd pizza was grilled chicken and onions on one half and on the other cheese pizza And I paid for 2 medium size pizzas... This has happened for the 3rd time.. I always let it go but this is becoming a habit and they are charging full amount and given cheap and worst food and I did not get what I want ... Please have a look at the PIZZA careful the chicken is not even there ... Sad that PIZZA HUT IS GETTING BAD TO WORST IN QUALITY AND THE TYPE OF FOOD THEY SERVE. I will never ever order from them again horrible . This incident happened at birchmount and Danforth Ave pizza hut
