Really great service by this branch. I have been visiting here frequently and I would like to shout out Tanjot and Ken. Whenever they prepare my pizza its exactly how I want it to be. However, I would like to point out that theres one more guy, i don’t know his exact name, he doesn’t care about consumer preferences and always overbakes my pizza even after asking him not to do that.

I come here weekly. Todays interaction (Thursday August 14th) with the front staff was not good. They put someone who doesn't know the system at the front, tried charging me for items that are free ( marinara dip), they didn't label the item that needs specific label due to a food allergy. I asked them which item was which, the guy with soaking hands covered in white stuff opened my box, this is really unsanitary. I am very disheartened by the service I got today. I have never seen these two workers in my 10 years of coming here, but man did they ruin my experience. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this pizza nova.
I will have to try different pizza shops now to find the perfect panzo, with good service.

New ownership. Been going to this location for 20 years and since the new owners took over, quality and service and timing has gone to the crapper. I've given them plenty of chances but my orders been wrong and not at pizza nice quality level each time and I'm tired of it. Won't ever go to this location now. Pizza nova needs to get involved

okay listen to all the people who might buy from here. Bought a veggie slice today and that one review about the very thin slices is 100% true. i should have listened. Like i loved this spot and the last time i got slices was last month. But idk what happened today, maybe they are cutting costs and not really making proper pizza? like it was hard too after heating it up and not the good crunchy type hard. idk what happened but please take this feedback seriously. It is not worth 8$ for a slice + dip anymore because it's so thin and doesn't fill you up at all, this is due to cost cutting. I don't care about your automated reply saying thanks for feedback it is all fake unless you change your pizza back to how it was. despite this, it is not the workers fault probably, might be a management decision. so the service was actually good.

Ordered ahead of time, when I arrived I knew I was early but probably expected another 10 min but when I came in order wasn’t even started bc the guy said he was dealing with a delivery order or smtg…it was a waste of time and I don’t know how that’s my issue, if you’re busy or understaffed than don’t accept pick up orders… in addition the pizza wasn’t well done as I had ordered…bad enough I had to wait longer at that point a few extra min to get baked right wouldn’t hurt rather than being late and undercooked…bad experience,I could have went to a different location as I was on the way home.

Hey guys. I been to many pizza novas, dare I say the wide majority of the ones in Toronto. Of all my pizza novas overall experiences in my entire, this location is 6015 Steeles avenue east has stood out the most. The customer service was extremely refreshing and pleasant. There were 2 individuals here who created the best experience I have ever gotten at a pizza nova. They were indulged to help me create the exact order I truly wanted. They were patient, kind, helpful, respectful and they made a damn AMAZING pizza here. If you guys are choosing between pizza places around you, save yourself the time and come straight here. Tanjot and Jeevan helped me today and I haven’t been happier and I haven’t ate a pizza this good in a long time. If I could put a 10 star review I would. Thank you Tanjot , Jeevan and 6015 steeles avenue east pizza nova!

Placed my order over 15 min before hand and when I came into the store they told me it takes time and they just put the pizza in the oven. With an attitude..terrible..super slow service
Walked in, ordered a box of pizza. I paid the employee by cash and after the employee started making the pizza. He did not wash his hands.

Server accepted a personal call when I was ordering. Ordered a lasagna for my wife and he said it will take 15mins. After 15mins I checked and he forgot to make the order. Had to wait for another 15-20 mins. Poor service. Lazy server. Not paying attention to the order. There wasn't even anybody there.
