Really great service by this branch. I have been visiting here frequently and I would like to shout out Tanjot and Ken. Whenever they prepare my pizza its exactly how I want it to be. However, I would like to point out that theres one more guy, i don’t know his exact name, he doesn’t care about consumer preferences and always overbakes my pizza even after asking him not to do that.
Hey guys. I been to many pizza novas, dare I say the wide majority of the ones in Toronto. Of all my pizza novas overall experiences in my entire, this location is 6015 Steeles avenue east has stood out the most. The customer service was extremely refreshing and pleasant. There were 2 individuals here who created the best experience I have ever gotten at a pizza nova. They were indulged to help me create the exact order I truly wanted. They were patient, kind, helpful, respectful...
Placed my order over 15 min before hand and when I came into the store they told me it takes time and they just put the pizza in the oven. With an attitude..terrible..super slow service
