Ordered a lasagna online. Took them an hour to get it here, was cold (had to reheat it). Driver called and said was here, he wasn't. Stood outside on the phone with him and customer service in the cold. He didn't even come into my drive way, I had to walk to his car to get it. I would give them all a 0 rating if I could. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. NOT ONLY WAS IT COLD, BUT IT WAS GROSS AND HAD ZERO FLAVOUR.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Pizza Nova that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making it difficult to even place my order. I had to repeat myself several times, and there was no effort to acknowledge my concerns or make me feel welcomed.
After waiting much longer than expected for my pizza, it was average and didn’t meet the usual quality standards I’ve come to expect. When I tried to address the issue with the staff, they were dismissive and didn’t seem willing to rectify the situation. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating visit, and it’s unlikely that I’ll return after such poor service. If you value good customer service and quality food, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

There was an old aged employee who went out to get Tim Horton's coffee next door, and after coming back he started making pizza without washing his hands, we are vegetarian and we ordered veggie pizza and he made meat and veggie pizza without wearing gloves or cleaning hands.

Pizza Nova: where the staff’s motto is clearly ‘service with a snarl!’ Honestly, I wasn’t sure if I was ordering a pizza or auditioning for a role in their soap opera. The vibe? A delightful mix of 'we’re too cool to care' and 'oops, did you want actual service?' Forget hot and fresh pizza; the only thing served hot was their attitude. Next time, I’ll bring popcorn—watching them ignore me was the real entertainment of the evening!

I ordered pizza. He was eating and I told him to change the glove that his mouth touched. His reaction was I don't want to change anything. Get out of here. He treated me very badly. He gave me my money back and kicked me out. The glove costs 1 cent. This is not logical. I will not get sick because of this person's stinginess in changing the glove.
