I got food poisoning from here! Ordered through Uber eats and I have never been so disappointed in pizza ever!!! It was a soggy mess and the bruschetta was a “make your own” came with the cheese but toppings were on the side. There was no love or care put into my order and I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I ordered two medium pizzas at the Victoria Park and Sheppard location on July 8, 2024. Mathew, who was collecting the payment, did not know how to use the gift card. I have used gift cards without any issues at another location (Leslie and Sheppard) and previously at this location with different staff members. However, whenever Mathew is at the counter, there's always a problem, and he blames the gift card. On Monday, I mentioned to him that we've never had any issues using gift cards at other Pizza Nova locations, but we always encounter problems with him. I asked him about the process for customers to complain about these kinds of issues, and he said he didn't know. He doesn't try to understand customers' concerns or assist them (for example, by engaging a colleague to process the payment) or learn how to process payments using gift cards.

An old looking guy who supposedly get my orders. But when he rushed me to choose what pizza I want. I told him to give me more time to decide and not to rush me. He was a disrespectful and is unprofessional. Also there was no chair and tables especially with disability.
