i ordered a pizza from uber and the delivery guy was from this place only he was so rude and was like i am not waiting fir your 10 dollar pizza then my girlfriend went to get the pizza barefoot he didn’t even wait and went back to store and told us to pickup from there how is someone this dumb to do this

I’ve been visiting this Pizza Nova location for 2 years, but this recent visit was very upsetting.
I ordered a vegetarian pizza, dipping sauce, cold drink, and potato wedges. They initially gave me non-vegetarian food instead of wedges, which is unacceptable. The staff replaced it but offered no apology.
When my girlfriend asked for tomato ketchup (usually provided with wedges), the staff rudely said they didn’t have it without checking. Other customers were given tissue papers, and although I was eventually given some when I asked, it felt unwelcoming and reluctant.
Most disturbingly, as we were leaving, the same staff member stared at me aggressively, like he wanted to hit me. This behavior felt hostile and intimidating.
This isn’t the first time this person has treated me poorly. After being a loyal customer for 2 years, I will not return. I urge management to address this immediately.

I ordered a small pizza with all the meat toppings from Pizza Nova, and I have to say—it was absolutely worth it! The portion was generous, and it honestly felt like I got more than what I paid for. The pizza was fresh, loaded with flavour, and packed with quality toppings. You can really tell they value their customers and don't cut corners. Will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this location!

Disgusting paper thin pizza will never return again. Let alone they have mediums at the size of small. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I keep giving this store the benefit of the doubt as PizzaNova is the only chain pizza we like. Never again. I have no idea what is wrong with the staff at this store but everytime I get delivery it's extremely late, cold and they forget part of my order. This time over 30minutes late and the guy shows up with just the pizza. No wings or wedges. I spent over $67 on one cold pizza. The delivery guy just stares at me when I ask him for the rest of the order. No idea what I'm talking about, even though he's holding my receipt in his hand with my whole order on it. I have to sit on hold with customer service for 20 minutes and my only choice is to reorder and wait another 45 minutes . They won't refund me . never again and it's no better when you pick up. One evening I was there for over an hour and they gave my pizza to someone else twice. I know because the people brought it back. Then had the nerve to ask me what I ordered again to remake it. Acting like I was unreasonable because I wanted my money back . Never never again. Ever.
