I ordered from Pizza Pizza last night and was pleasantly surprised! The pizza arrived hot, the crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh. Hi, I wanted to share feedback about my recent order. I live on the 14th floor, and the delivery driver refused to come upstairs. He said he would get a ticket for standing his car for a few minutes, which doesn’t make sense because every other delivery driver always comes upstairs without any issue—especially at 10 PM when there’s no traffic or parking enforcement. I had just finished a 12-hour shift, and despite that, he still made me come downstairs to pick up my order.
This really affected my experience because even if the food is good, the delivery service can easily spoil the customer’s mood. Please make sure your delivery team provides proper service so customers don’t face this kind of issue again.
