The pizza was good, but I was very disappointed with my visit today (15 November 2025) between 1:50 AM and 2:00 AM. The store’s closing time was listed as 3:00 AM, yet after I received my pizza, I was told I could not dine in. Both female employees informed me that the dine-in area was closed, and the section was blocked off with chairs.
Can someone please clarify why dine-in was unavailable almost an hour before closing time? As far as I know, the dine-in area should remain open until the store closes. This was very inconvenient and unexpected.
Can someone from management confirm this policy and ensure it is clearly listed online or in-store?

I am completely done with this location. They call themselves Ontario’s number 1 but this is the worst Pizza place I have ever been to.
There is a sticker on the door that says halal options available. That is not true. The first time I went, the staff member did not even know what halal meant. After I explained it, she suggested a pizza that had sausage on it. I settled for a cheese slice.
I gave them a second chance. I asked for something with chicken, but every chicken option had pork mixed into it. I asked for cheese or veggie instead. She pulled out a cheese slice with pepperoni on it. When I pointed it out, she insisted I was wrong, then admitted they sometimes make cheese half pepperoni. That is not halal. Even the side without pepperoni cannot be eaten.
When I tried to take a photo, she got rather upset and took the slice away. The pizza itself was undercooked. There is nothing halal about this place. They even have an OLG gambling machine at the front. This is the most haram pizza place I have ever seen.
There is a Pizza Hut on the other side of the mall and you can always get delivery from places that actually offer proper halal food. The only reason I even stopped here was because they were open late. They should take their halal sign down because it is misleading.

Absolutely love this Pizza Pizza location! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The crust is perfectly crispy, cheese melts just right, and they never miss on the toppings. Staff are super friendly specially Harsimrat kaur the cashier over there, quick with service. Definitely my go-to spot for a pizza night! 🍕🔥

They have the dumb people working . Made me wait 40min for one medium pepperoni pizza and said they forgot to make my order when I was waiting right there . People came after me got theirs and left who ordered the exact same thing . Worst place ever to go pizza pizza . I'm looking forward to complain to headoffice and blast this on social media .
Ordered and ate a dozen pizzas so far, consistently great! 😃

I came in today simply wanting a personal slice of pizza and asked the worker if it had just been made. Instead of a straightforward answer, she gave me attitude and said, “It was made freshly this morning.” Considering it was already 4:07 in the afternoon, that didn’t make sense to me, so I clarified and asked, “No, I mean was this pizza just made and put here?” At that point, she snapped at me with, “I already said yes, do you need to see the receipt?”—completely uncalled for. What made it worse is that she then turned to her coworker, laughed about it, and mocked me right in front of my face. I have never experienced such unprofessional and downright disrespectful customer service. All I did was ask a simple question. I wasn’t being rude or difficult—I just wanted to know if the food I was about to purchase was fresh. Instead, I was treated with sarcasm, hostility, and then laughed at like it was some kind of joke. This is unacceptable behavior from staff in any business, let alone one that serves food. Customers deserve respect, not ridicule.
