The pizza here has gone down hill in the last few months… I’ve had my order wrong 3 times…pizza with no cheese…bad pineapple…dropped pizza…wings with no sauce…very skimpy on the cheese…cut terribly…not cooked enough…. Customer service offers $10 refund for $40 purchases. It use to be my favourite store…spent a fortune there. Me and my 5 roommates are spending our money elsewhere until we are reassured that our pizza will be properly prepared and worth the $40

The girl with the wrist tattoo at the front cash who was working on Sunday October 13th at 4:00pm had an extremely poor attitude. I had mentioned that I came for pick up and she was starring at me blankly, I said it again and still was starring at me blankly. I thought she did not understand me, the third time I said pick up she snapped at me saying “give me a name, number or anything?!?”, excuse you? Teach your staff to communicate and have two way conversations and not snap at people when they are the ones who are not responding. I’m a regular at this store and this is the worst attitude from your staff that I’ve seen. I’m extremely polite so her attitude was unwarranted.
