The pizza here has gone down hill in the last few monthsā¦ Iāve had my order wrong 3 timesā¦pizza with no cheeseā¦bad pineappleā¦dropped pizzaā¦wings with no sauceā¦very skimpy on the cheeseā¦cut terriblyā¦not cooked enoughā¦. Customer service offers $10 refund for $40 purchases. It use to be my favourite storeā¦spent a fortune there. Me and my 5 roommates are spending our money elsewhere until we are reassured that our pizza will be properly prepared and worth the $40

The girl with the wrist tattoo at the front cash who was working on Sunday October 13th at 4:00pm had an extremely poor attitude. I had mentioned that I came for pick up and she was starring at me blankly, I said it again and still was starring at me blankly. I thought she did not understand me, the third time I said pick up she snapped at me saying āgive me a name, number or anything?!?ā, excuse you? Teach your staff to communicate and have two way conversations and not snap at people when they are the ones who are not responding. Iām a regular at this store and this is the worst attitude from your staff that Iāve seen. Iām extremely polite so her attitude was unwarranted.

We went on a weekday for dinner. It was nice and warm ambiance. We ordered 2 medium pizza deal. It took 10-15 mins only for our order. Pizza toppings were fresh and got enough amount of toppings on each slices. Slices were nicely cut. We wanted spicy yet Indian tastes so asked for chilli and coriander to add. We really liked the service of their staff.

Food is good but Guy who placed my order did not focus on his job, then did not give a receipt to me and lastly he asked me back and gave me another thing BS that Indian folk kept talking with his friend I ordered a sandwich combo and he gave me chicken wings how amazing
