This review’s only concern with Heart-shape pizza promotion.The Valentine's Day promotion for heart-shaped pizza at Pizza Pizza was one of the worst experiences. I ordered it with the intention of showing love and contributing to our local children's hospital foundation. However, the heart-shaped pizza turned out to be so disappointing that I couldn't even share it with my loved ones on this special day. Pls check out the added photo for their outcome.

I came in with a coupon from the raptors game for a free slice and was told that they would not redeem it because their ‘scanner was broken’ and so I had to go to another location.

Probably the best Pizza Pizza location we know of. Better than many local Pizza Huts also. The staff here are very kind and personable. The location is clean and bright. The staff remember you… and even ask about you if they haven’t seen you in a while. One older man in particular is so sweet: genuine, kind, humble, friendly. He often remembers your previous orders also…. Which is so helpful and not to mention simply wonderful in my opinion. Food is made fresh and tastes great. We always have a great experience when we visit. Would recommend that you visit. Fantastic staff team!

The head office do something about this location to be honest.I waited for ordering my pizza for 35 mins and employees were busy taking out online orders. And people who came after me even got there order and employees were not taking my order

Worst pizza pizza ever! I booked a pizza a month ago and noticed that they seems to use a bad sausage because it tastes very sour much worse than other pizza pizza store. And i mentioned it in their internal site. And the boss called me and told me to give them another chance and gave me 7 dollars credit. But after I booked again, they told me there is no credit and they told me that I have to charge. And the pizza was as bad as last time. Do not go to this store!

Very bad customer service. Food quality worst . They are not giving refund or replacement moreover put our ID on redflag so we done with pizza pizza . 4th time continually worst pizza they gave total 8 pizzas we garbage no one can eat those pizzas . Only this store worst pizza makers and service even more worst. Pizza owner have to take care of his store it’s ruining customer money and pizza pizza customer . Because so many time they gave us not eatable we complained about that no one taking action moreover we are not getting refund . We garbage all pizzas . They waste our money . I do not know you guys gonna take some action or not or just giving false information to us .Pizzas are bad . Workers are rude and racist .Give our money back .Sure i will try i will be more appreciated store owner if i will get any compensation for the inconvenience i faced .
Very bad customer service by the old Sri lankan guy who is working in morning shift and he don’t even have sense totalk with the customers.I just asked for the oregano on half moon as there is no option on the app and he is arguing on this rather than giving and passing me the oregano. And he’s saying that he doesn’t have it but i can see on the shelf from outside.The owner or manager should tell this guy to work politely as he is getting paid for this job.

Also agree with another reviewer on here- not sure why the reviews are so negative. Our family has been regular customers of this establishment for many years. Never had a bad experience. The staff are cordial, hard working and very efficient. The end product is always fresh, delicious and always on time. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Genuinely so confused why these reviews are so poor. This is by the far the best pizza pizza I have been to in the city. The older gentleman who has worked here for as long as I have been alive , I swear makes the pizza with love. It’s always fresh and the best tasting. This is also coming from someone who has moved to London England and has tried many a pizza- I genuinely cannot wait to come home and order my favourite pizza from here.

I went this location on 13 December night non professional customer service I ask that man who is manager he said I am the manager here looks senior person refuse to tell his name no one tell his name.he refuse to accept credit or debit card demands cash I haven't cash at that time and he refuse to serve me.that man very rudely treat to customers.
