Hey ,everyone careful, there are to much Rats .all the customers complaining. not clean the restaurant

This was the worst experience we have ever had at any restaurant. This location does not meet Boston pizza standards.
We were a group of 7 and 2 of our group waited over an hour (when the server confirmed he had not ordered the food properly). When eventually the meal was received, the ribs were freezing cold (direct from fridge and not heated at all). We opted for a take out box to cook it properly at home since we had waited 2 hours at this point.

Management very poorly dressed.
Slow and disorganized service.
Incomplete food orders and wrong orders to four of the tables around where I was sitting.
3 people at our table finished eating before my children actually left and at that time the server showed up to take their order.
Wait staff poorly distributed causing unnecessary problems.
All this time management was unaware of these issues!
