We've ordered Hawaiian at this stop before. Today again we dropped in to order the same Hawaiian which our family used to enjoy. However, the Hawaiian we got today was different: we tasted cumin in the pizza! My Mom is allergic to some spices, and cumin is one of them. Really disappointed.

This is the only pizza pizza location I go to! It has the best dough. It’s soft and fluffy when I order thin crust. It doesn’t taste like cardboard box like other locations. They also put toppings on the pizza properly! It never feels too little. Location is always clean and quiet. Yesterday when I picked up the front staff was very cheerful. Overall this location is the only reason why I still like pizza pizza today. It taste way better than any other location. Noticeably better!

On 18 of November 2025 at 10:30 I order a large pizza grill chicken with banana peppers and onions with barbecue sauce when I went home it was only chicken I dont trust them anymore all employees are bew and they care about costomer

I ordered a pizza slice from this location, but unfortunately it was burnt. When I politely raised my concern, the lady at the counter was disrespectful and dismissed my concerns, which made the experience disappointing. I contacted Pizza Pizza customer service afterward, and they were helpful — they gave me a $10 credit to make up for the situation. I appreciate the customer service response, but I hope the staff at this location can be more courteous in the future.
