Amazing service and amazing food. Maria and Boris worked at the other location before they tore it down and thank God they are at the new location. Their customer service leads by example as the new staff are a huge reflection of them. Bravo Maria, Boris and staff for going above and beyond always!!!

Tried shawarma pizza and poutine . Pizza was exceptionally good and poutine was normal. Been there more than 5 times and i liked it. Quality maintained all time and felt like there is some room to improve customer satisfaction. Very good parking space and can opt for a quick bite after freshco grocery purchase

Ordered plant based buffalo sandwich, and gave me the one which comes with pickles…. And charged the price of buffalo sandwich. Bad experience at this location once again.

What a worst people to deal with. We were fasting today and went to dine in that Pizza Pizza Location. We already left going there long time ago just because of their rude behavior, worst customer service and poor attitude. I was standing at the counter for almost 10 mins for place an order but the 2 ignorants working in the kitchen didn't bother at all taking my order. I called them finally for the order after standing long the rude and illiterate person came with a nasty smile on his face and asked me to wait more because he was busy talking trash with his kitchen buddy regarding another customers order which I can hear clearly and they were thinking because they were talking in Hindi language and thought I might don't know that language. What a shame on them. Almost 15 mins I asked again that pls take my order as it was almost 7:40pm and we had to break our fast by 8:05pm the same illiterate man came and told me that why would I care if you are fasting and finger pointed on the other ignorant in the kitchen and said that he was fasting too and he's busy making pizzas. I asked him his name and told him that I'll complain he said with his non shameful smile that he will not tell me his name and I can do whatever he care a damn. Other ignorant ignored my call as well when I tried asking his name. Please DO NOT go to this Location and spend your precious money and time with this kind of unacceptable service and behaviors. We left without eating to other Pizza Pizza Location and they were just smiling like fools on us and didn't even bothered saying anything, stopping or apologizing for their worst and rude behavior.

We ordered an extra large pizza and they made a large pizza and put it in to an Extra large box. We got very upset because they charged us for extra large. Will not recommanded and will definetly not coming back.

I have ordered many times in this location not by choice but because that is the closest store that shows in computer. My food has come 2hrs late amd them not wanting me to get my food for free.. I asked for no sauce on my panzo because I'm allergic but they still put it in. Another time the driver said he called and I was waiting in lobby and he rang only once and left. Then brought my order preheated and it was over cooked! Driver was rude..customer service was rude. They don't care about their customers WORST PIZZA PIZZA in Scarborough!!! The owner need to re evaluate his staff and make them get trained in a professional manner. And its important to have people who understands and speaks English properly or at least know what they are doing and saying. Also to the owner because I don't think you are aware of how unfair I am being treated ...this has happened more than 5 times. I lived in the area for over 20 years and the service keeps getting worse. I really hope something changes because its not fair that we pay for good food service and we are being treated like we are asking for free food.

I placed an order through the "Too Good To Go" app and I showed the app code to the staff and they handed the pack to me promptly. There was no judgement or different treatment as a customer. In fact the staff were really friendly and im delighted that this location is helping fight food waste. Even as a regular customer I've always had the best service and interaction with staff at this location.

The worst experience ever. It was a total waste of money. I received a total burned pizza in a terrible shape! I was thinking how do they even send a pizza in its worst taste and shape to customers. Totally unacceptable and disappointed.
