This location use to have very good pizza. An older Italian couple (Mom and Pop) would make great pies and we ordered from them every few months. Now it's been taken over by someone else, and they don't know how to make consistently good pizza. I don't know why but it's just not the same as before. We've tried it a couple of times with the new owners and now we're done. Time to find a new place for pizza.

It's been several times that happened to me to placed the order for delivery and they told me pick up only no delivery. What kinda of pizza store you guys are operating. If you can't afford to do delivery for customer it's better to close it done. Very disappointing I love pizzaville but I guess I'm going to chose another brand . And I hope the head office takes action for this matter.

This place used to be amazing when the previous owners were there. The older gentleman that used to make the pizza had the touch and took pride in making quality pizza. The family members made decent pizza too but when the older gentleman made it you could tell the difference (really sad to see them go). Unfortunately the new Management team doesn’t realize the standard that was there before and will likely lose a lot of Customers. Guys, I’m sorry, I gave you a few chances but it’s just not that good anymore and I can’t spend my hard earned money on something that I’m not enjoying. If it’s possible please consult with the old owners on their process. In this industry, your ingredients need to be fresh, consistency needs to be there and Customer service is key. Even the crust didn’t taste the same so I’m not sure what you guys changed. Hopefully you guys can figure it out.

How many different ways can I be disguted...this one has to be by far the worse. Our pizza was ordered online for pickup. Went to the store and was about to buy drinks before getting the pizza....right in front of us running was a rat.....mighty God that is by far the most disgusting thing that could ever happen. We screamed and ran out the store. There was no way I was taking pizza from there. They called my phone 3 times also a call from their head office I told them I don't want it because I saw a rat in the store. So sad they didn't even seem suprised. I will not be going back!!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Pizzaville location (2600 Eglinton Ave E). The service was terrible, and the staff were unprofessional.
A woman at the counter took my order but didn’t bother to wash her hands before preparing my food—completely unacceptable for a food establishment. On top of that, there was a male employee with a terrible attitude. I asked him for a dipping sauce, and he completely ignored me. When I asked again, he rudely told me it would be $1.50. I understand there’s a charge, but the way he spoke to me was extremely unprofessional.
Overall, the service was awful, and the lack of hygiene is a serious concern. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

This location is right beside my friends house so we used to go there often but lately their quality of food and service has really come down. The pizzas are not as great and the new set of staff don’t know the meaning of the word customer service.

Used to be my favourite pizza Store but recent owner change caused drop in service and quality. I ordered today they told me your order will be 15 mins late, arrived after neatly an hour, Cold pizza, i had told them not to deliver cold pizza, not going to order again

Ownership has changed at this location and since then the toppings have changed and they are now skimping on cheese and sauce, barely covering the pizza. This WAS the spot but.. I will now be look for a new place to visit regularly. Prices have gone up and quality hqs gone down! Unfortunate. 🍕 👎
