I wish I can give negative star, GARBAGE service, yesterday day I want for pick up the guy who actually don't know how to talk stinky, no manners the quality of food was disgusting in spite of all this he wS asking for tip, never going back here, I was a regular customer of this location since almost 10 years.

Ordered through the phone app and filled out the delivery instructions line and the buzzer code, driver calls then pretends to not know the instructions so he could save the 2 minute walk, makes us wait for 20 minutes more then proceeds to buzz recieved pizza and this is how it was. Called this location back and they just brushed it off by telling us call customer service then hangs up. Not even a single apology from the staff. I used to buy in store at this location regularly now they just lost a loyal customer in all pizzaville.

I’ve been coming to this location for over 20 years back when the original owner was running it and there were only three seats inside. This spot used to be my go-to, . Just a 5-minute walk away, it was the best lunch during my high school days and a place I’ve supported pretty much my whole life.
But now? This place has completely fallen off. The quality is terrible. The last few pizzas I’ve picked up were undercooked, with cheese barely melted. The pride and care that once made this spot special is gone. The staff don’t seem motivated, and it feels like the new ownership is running this place straight into the ground.
It honestly breaks my heart to see a place that meant so much to me turn into just another below-average pizza shop. Something has to change fast. Because right now, this place is a shadow of what it once was.
Do better.

The pizza at this location has no flavor besides a strange sweet taste I've been a pizza ville customer for over 20 years And other Locations do not have this problem It sucks because it's the only one closest to where I live now

Very delicious pizza with fair amount of toppings. More importantly, they are accommodating to your allergy or dietary needs. I am severely allergic to pineapples and mushrooms. The kind owners were cognizant of this and provided excellent customer satisfactory. Highly recommend this place!

BEWARE: this location is incompetent.
Placed an order on DoorDash, and after over an hour and a half of waiting, called to find out where it was. DoorDash advised that Pizzaville handles their own deliveries, and I’d have to call them.
Called them, and they first tried to convince me that the address was wrong—it wasn’t. They then advised that they “didn’t receive the order”, despite the fact that I can SEE the order was confirmed on DoorDash.
So: are they straight up lying, or just wildly incompetent? I guess we will never know. Be careful before ordering here.
The only consolation is that DoorDash gave me a full refund for Pizzaville’s failure.
This place has gone down hill... it was good but that has changed. Lately everytime it comes with something wrong, or not cooked properly, or something missing. And the last 2 times they have marked my daughters panzo wrong and she is allergic to mushrooms. Will probably stop taking my business here.

I was at this store on Friday October 11th. I ordered 2 pasta Alfonos online for pickup, we were told it would be ready in 20-30 minutes, we live close by so we went to the store after 25 minutes. When we got there the food was not ready. We waited a full 15 minutes before the food was finally ready, we stood in the store watching the food being moved around from the top oven to the bottom oven, one gentleman even opened the edge of one of the containers to check the food. When we got home, I intended to eat right away because I was hungry, the pasta was hard and dry, every ounce of sauce had evaporated, the cheese was weird and the entire experience was dreadful. What bothered me most was the food was checked, so the man who checked the food knew the pasta was dried out and not fit to serve to customers but he sold it to us anyway. That was a horrible thing to do, he didn’t care about our experience. Pizzaville is my favourite pizza place, I rarely have any other pizza, but this experience with the dry pasta and the horrible customer service really soured me. Customer service is huge for me. I regret not taking the disgusting food back to the store but I was so angry, upset and hungry I didn’t want to get into a confrontation with the people working there.When my family member ate their food it was dried out too. They over cooked the food and couldn’t be bothered to be honest enough to let us know, they preferred to sell us poorly prepared food. As I said Pizzaville is my favourite pizza place, I never had a problem with their pizza but this pasta experience was bad, the dishonesty and poor customer service from my last experience will stay with me for a while. They totally failed in customer service, they didn’t care to treat us kindly, they just gave us the worst possible service even though we paid them with the expectation the food would be properly prepared. We definitely did not get what we paid for, I feel cheated.

The pizza was just ok but as you can see in the picture, they didn’t give me a crispy bottom at all. The wings were unevenly cooked so that wasn’t great - see pic. Also, delivery took about 50 minutes.
