I bought puttu kothu , they took the kulal puttu and mixed with potato masala curry also puttu is not mix well.
Too bad. 0/10.
I came to Poorani Vilaas to try their mutton rolls and patties. Both were nicely crispy and served warm, which was a good start. But the filling was underwhelming—there was barely any actual mutton in either. The roll was mostly potato with just a hint of meat, and the patty had a pasty texture with very little mutton as well. A bit disappointing overall. I hope they improve the filling to better match the name and expectations.
don't miss the faluda it's mmmmmmmmmm super sweety and beauty.
halal and healthy food.
super speed staffs.
We bought idly and Sambar yesterday at 6.30pm. We came home at 9 pm and Sambar had gone bad. It wasn’t a Sambar it was a parupu curry.
Mutton rolls are packed with enough meat and potato. Kothu is flavourful and spicy.

I kindly request that food be kept in hygienic conditions. I ordered porotta with mutton curry and unfortunately found a long hair in the curry. So disappointed with your service.

I placed an order for 10 large boxes of special Poorani noodles, confirmed over the phone on Thursday, September 19 at 5:25pm
and arranged to pick it up on Saturday, September 21, at 9 AM. I traveled a long way to collect the order for an important event, only to find that my order was not processed.
When I approached the front desk, the staff member, Rishma, was extremely rude and refused to take any accountability for the mistake. Despite showing her my phone receipt with the timestamp proving I confirmed the order, she repeatedly told me, “You may have called.” There was no attempt to resolve the issue or provide a better solution for the inconvenience.
This restaurant clearly lacks an organized ordering system, and their staff are in dire need of customer service training. I cannot recommend this place, as they fail to take responsibility and offer no alternatives when things go wrong. Very disappointing experience.

The owner should ensure that workers are treated with respect and that their working conditions are safe, especially during the scorching summer days when the heat can be overwhelming. On a positive note, the food here is excellent.

I occasionally buy rice and curries and snacks from Poorani Vilaas. The quality is usually moderate. Recently, I have had a worse experience. The curry rotis were spoiled at the time I bought. I returned it and got the cashback immediately. I also bought faluda as well, and it was awful. Selling spoiled food items is a serious wrongdoing in the restaurant business. Happy to change my review if the owners take steps to improve the quality of the food.
