I just love it

I have recently visited this location and tried my usual Cajun Fries and Biscuits with Dipping Sauce and all those things are as expected. The place was clean and service was good too. Only negative thing was their New $4 Black Pepper Cauliflower which I just had one piece and it was so bad that I couldn’t even try another piece, that was waste of money for me.

Popeyes consistently delivers crispy, flavorful fried chicken that stands out among fast-food options. The spicy chicken sandwich is a personal favorite—juicy, well-seasoned, and satisfying. Sides like Cajun fries and biscuits complement the meals perfectly. Service is generally efficient, and the staff is courteous. While prices are slightly higher than some competitors, the quality and taste justify the cost. Overall, a reliable choice for a hearty and delicious meal.

They ALWAYS make it super fresh and the staff are very nice and always give me larger pieces of chicken.

It smells so bad in this location. It’s so disgusting. I ordered chicken and after leaving, 3 people with me said it smells sour. I broke it in half thinking it was maybe the oil? But no. The chicken smelt awful and was not good. Manager did not offer a refund and wouldn’t do so. Remake was not better, it smells like sour fish.

Very polite cashier

This location closes at 12am as per their website. We went in 5 past 11pm as we were so hungry and just wanna sit and have something to fill our tummies. We patiently waited for our food and when the associate finds out we will be dining in, she then said dining in is closed at 11. I was like, come again? How come if you guys are open until midnight. She agreed for us to stay until 11:30pm. Then at 11:20pm she went outside the dining area and started cleaning the floor, sweeping those nasty leftovers dropped on the floor towards our direction. Feeling so disgusted by her rudeness, we decided to wrap our food and leave. I hope someone from this location can re educate this employee/s on what good service is. Before we left, I politely asked her name and she said her name is Patel.
