If I could give 0 I could. One of the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Right around 3:30am a women claimed she was the manager. She hung up the phone on us because my autistic brother was in the back making some noise.

So where do I start. I will be sharing photos. Does this fish sandwich look some what satisfying???! Sandwich was soggy, no sauce, flat, and DISGUSTING. I should sue this place due to FALSE ADVERTISING. As you can see what the fish sandwich should look like compared to what I got.So here’s the other issue, as you see in the picture I got barley any fries, I ordered a combo and so I went up to the counter and I asked how come theirs barley any fries? He said rudely “you have to pay more for fries” Ohhh common man, look at the size portion this is. Overall 0/5 will NEVER come back here. See attached photos if you want to see a joke of a Popeyes this is.Also dirty environment sitting on crumbs and cleaning my own table, Popeyes if you reply and say next time meal on us, it better be at another location, this place is a joke.

Traveled to Woodstock for work and decided to go to Popeye’s for lunch. Ordered the chicken sandwich and it was so good that when I went home to Scarborough decided I want a chicken sandwich again. Went to this store and expecting the same quality I got from Woodstock but unfortunately it was not the same. There was a tiny piece of chicken and all breading. Ate almost half the sandwich but still no chicken. It was definitely not worth the price I paid. Beware, I think they are using one serving for two sandwiches!

We bought chicken legs from this location of Popeyes. After the bite the taste of the leg was atrocious. After peeling the skin the meat seemed very old, as it turned dark. Normally if the meat is fresh it won’t appear dark. You pay top bucks, at the end of the day you receive this.

This branch of Popeyes wasn't the best that I have visited so far. The customer service was very poor as the staff team was very rude. Food wise it wasn't good. The onion rings were all soggy and the fries were not Popeyes level too dry and tasted stale to me. The place isnt well maintained. The washroom was super unclean.

A regular at this location but the disrespect last night led me to this review While placing my order the manager decided to mid order leave and start talking to his co worker to leave early , I had my phone ready to pay, all while battling a severe migraine and desperately needing food. As I was about to pay, I noticed an extra drink added to my order by the worker. Upon informing him, he responded with frustration, stating, “ugh, I’m gonna have to delete this whole order and start again,” accompanied by hand gestures. This made me question if this is the kind of training Popeyes provides.Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order and inquire about the reason for such drastic action. To my surprise, the worker started yelling and arguing, insisting that I should learn how to order properly. This response was absolutely ridiculous, as I shouldn't have to feel belittled when the mistake wasn't mine. I find it concerning that a customer has to endure such treatment.Given this unpleasant experience, I strongly believe that the manager should undergo additional training in customer service or, if necessary, be reconsidered for their role. This incident, especially for someone dealing with mental health issues, had a profoundly negative impact, leaving me without the food I needed for the rest of the night.
