The service is so bad. The girl works there Is very rude. I just placed a phone order, first time she hanged up and second time while I was asking the girl how long it takes she also hanged up again. The wings I have got is bad.

The service is very good in this store. We had 9 people groups and there were two employees willing to help us in the orders. We had a great time here.

Had a great experience! The sandwich was hot, crispy, and full of flavor. Staff were polite and got the order out quickly. Clean space and fresh food – I’ll definitely be back

01-Jul-2025, 5 pm. They missed the wings in my order, this did not happen the first time. So, we went back to get my wings with our receipt.

The manager Abhishek just wanted to cheat by blabbering that we got the wrong order and was very rude to us. They also denied us fries for the combo we ordered.

I wanted to return the order, but I didn't want to make a scene for 30 dollars.

I won't go to this branch again, previously I didn't have any issues, I think the staffs have changed that causing these issues.

Good luck to the owner with these staff, surely going down hill.

Side note to the owner:
You know at the same time, many custmores returned the chicken that it is not cooked well.

Tuesday's $4.99/2pcs, one piece of spleen and one piece of chicken gizzard, only gave me a pitifully small chicken, the same size as a pack of ketchup

Bad customer service I try to pay with a $100 and was treated very insulting by the teller treat me like I was giving her a fake she should’ve talk nicely rather than opening her mouth and insulting me in-front of everyone my money was not fake after all. Very rude

This restaurant reclined to help me and hanged up on me when I asked a simple question. Their English is also super bad and they don’t listen to you when you talk, so when you talk to them they don’t answer you back. This is absolutely ridiculous! 😡😤
