I ordered food through Uber and I received a small, burnt chicken. I called them and complained and they said that this is totally normal and it is how they usually do it and just hung up on me. What a rude employee.

After getting me to wait 30 mins, they send me home with bland/mild chicken saying it’s spicy chicken.After opening the skin and showing that there is 0 spice visible they claim that it’s an issue with my palette.I have been a fan of the spicy chicken for over 15 years and I have been told my taste buds are not working by the shift manager working on Jan 3rd, 2024 (7.30 pm).This franchise needs to learn from Popeyes in New Castle on how NOT to mix up spicy from mild (3005 ON-115, Newcastle, ON L1B 1L9)Poor customer service and poor quality of food. Not going to this store again!!

SLOW EVERY SINGLE TIME.They are lazy and slow. Takes them 25 minutes to make 1 meal. Worst location in the area.
So when you order you have to confirm at least 3 times and they still get your order wrong .... perhaps hire staff that have a basic understanding of the English language we and our family will not go back to this location poor service unacceptable

I ordered their chicken wings. However, this item is only available for a limited time. I purchased three orders of six wings. My flavour selection was: Honey Mustard, Parmigian Garlic and their Hit Sauce. All three orders came fresh - hit and very crispy coating. The honey mustard ones were decent with a slight kick. The Parmigian cheese with Garlic was heavy on the garlic and the wings were oily. Plus all of the wings were flats. True wing lovers have a preference but my order might have just been the lucky of the draw. I had their hot sauce - not the ghost pepper ones. The flavour was close to Frank's hot sauce and was decent tasting. However, I found by the 5th wing I was sick of eating that flavour.
