I usually go here often to buy bubble tea with my friends. The bubble tea is good but too pricy as 2 or 3 bubble teas can cost $20 or $21 in total. I just wish the prices were cheaper and more affordable.

Great variety of teas. I bought the Panda Brown sugar bubble tea. The shop was about to close and I had been looking earlier in the day for Brown sugar bubble tea but the 2 other vendors I went to either didn't have it or they had a variant I didn't like. I saw Presotea was still open and went in with delite. Sadly the customer service was terrible. I asked the man at the till if the were closed and her said nearly. I asked if I could still have a bubble tea. He said which one. I asked for Brown sugar bubble tea. He said with slight annoyance in his voice, we have many which one and proceeded to list all the options. I had only encountered 1 variety previously, so I was taken back. I didn't know which one to choose and explained this to him. I felt very rushed. I chose the Panda one as it seemed like the ones I had before. After I placed the order he did not speak again even when giving me my order.

Ordered the watermelon with cheese and got 2 half slices of watermelon and the rest of the cup was ice my drink came out tasting like flavoured water I ordered a large this was the most disgusting buble tea place I ever tried and a scam I could have ordered a small and gotten a better tasting drink never again.

Requested light tapioca with my slushy for the third time and yet again I was continually chewing on a overwhelming amount of tapioca from beginning to end. It would be nice to have more slushy than tapioca for once?

This place makes great bubble tea drinks. I ordered a large matcha smoothie with red bean and a large earl grey milk tea with tapioca pearls, pudding and grass jelly. The large size turned out to be huge, next time I will order just regular size. The drinks tasted good and fresh. Only downside is that the wait time was really long; I waited around 30 minutes to receive my drinks.
When we ordered, I asked for one large grapefruit green tea, one regular mango slush, and one regular jasmine milk tea. (Which by the way were all really good). The mango slush and jasmine milk tea were ordered easily but when I got to the grapefruit green tea, the guy look confused and did not seem to know what I was talking about, which confused me because I was wondering if the guy knew what was on their menu? Drinks took pretty 25 mins to make and I get we ordered quite a bit but it should not take 25 minutes to make 3 drinks. Another problem was that when they gave us our drinks, they had given us all regular sizes when I asked for the grapefruit green tea to be large, which in result took more time to fix. Overall not a bad place, just saying my experience with the service wasn’t ideally the best.

We ordered dragon fruit and Mango slush, mango slush was taste like bitter and watery and Dragon drink was also poor quality. Not worth the money that I paid. Don't even deserved a star. There was only one worker and he was so slow at working.
