Old Asian man was very very rude in my last visit it was the worst customer service I have ever seen I was really shocked with the way I was treated it seems he has that problem after reading the reveiws though. He shouldn't be behind the counter sorry

I went to this store for the first time while heading out if the city for 4 days and i found out one of the vapes wouldn't charge past 5%. When I tried to exchange it the employee didn't know how to handle it because returns are only allowed within 24 hours of purchase. The employee called the owner and after a few minutes of questions the owner allowed the exchange.
Only 4 stars because the employee tried to blame me for the malfunction, only offered me a 15% discount from "my next purchase" and even said to the owner that "more than the normal amount of juice is gone" making me feel he thought i was trying to scam even though I only could use the one charge, there was 65% juice left and it was only a $40 disposable vape.

Vincent was amazing, super helpful when I could not remember the name of the vape juice I was interested in and the coils for my vape, lol... it was a long day! I would highly recommend this place, a hidden gem, but no longer for me. *great prices as well. (and very clean)
