We came to this place for a meeting. we heard about this place from many people. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we had a great feeling. The meal was delicious. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. Warmly recommended.

Pumpernickle's knows how to live up to its bad reputation. They messed up our corporate order, evaded the responsibility of owning it up, kept blaming a supervisor because that's usually easy in circumstances like these, apologized on the third call, as an afterthought and offered no compensation for the mess up.We spoke to three different people in the span of 5 hours and all of them were replicas of each other- rude, arrogant and indifferent. Funnily, they have set very high standards for how they would like to be spoken to. Rich coming from a company that cannot fulfill a simple order of 12 wraps without screwing it up. Pumpernickle's heard the phrase - check your premises first?Being in the food business usually means companies have robust standards but it can also mean that companies become complacent and unaccountable. Like in the case of Pumpernickle’s who is so satisfied with its own philosophy of 'let good food speak for itself' they have forgotten to put polite people and pro-customer systems in place at all. They care two hoots about reviews posted online, and waste no breath telling the same in their very signature Pumpernickle’s style.Obviously after yesterday’s mishap, they have lost us as a corporate customer forever, but let me guess, they don’t care. They are counting on their ingredients too much to speak on behalf them and we genuinely hope that they realize, with this attitude they are shooting their own foot with an artillery gun, before it’s too late.My best to them but rating wise, I will give them a -ve.Rating - negative

I not only found this place over priced, I was even more turned off by the staff. They were schlepping around like they did not want to be there. I asked questions and you could tell that they did not want to conversate. The food was not fresh, they made a chicken breast sandwich on a toast bread (like dempsters sandwich bread) and it was not even toasted well. Not like I was expecting. End result- over priced mediocre food.
