Great food, good service but small amount of seating inside. Good for takeaways more then dining in for this reason, if seats are already taken.

The food was amazing! Tried 2-3 different flavours of Chaap with roti and all of the were great. Chocolava cake was also yummy! Golgappe added the best twist to the food (had 6 different flavours). Even the kids enjoyed the food.

I had a very disappointing experience with Punjabi Chaap in Scarborough. I ordered a paneer wrap and even called in advance to inform them that it was for a pregnant woman, so I expected extra care with the food quality and freshness. Unfortunately, the paneer was not fresh at all — it smelled bad and tasted spoiled. It was very concerning, especially during pregnancy.

I immediately called the restaurant to report the issue. The staff member who spoke to me said she would call back once the owner was available. I waited and ended up calling three times, but there was absolutely no response or follow-up from them. The lack of concern and customer service was extremely disappointing.

It was a huge mistake ordering from here. Poor food quality and no responsibility towards customers. I will never go back again.

I ordered 2 items paid $30 and honestly it’s not worth spending this much. There are much more good options out there. The oils they use is not fresh.
