I wanted to try real fruit for a while since a lot of people I knew went there and told me about it. I live near a location but I stumbled upon this one today at Cedarbrae mall. I went in thinking it would be packed and surprisingly wasn’t as only two girls were working there and not many people were inside at once. The girl at the counter took my order for an original milk tea. The wait was short too it only took 1-3 minutes to receive my order. But one complaint I have is the size of the place as it was very small almost like an outlet pop up store which does make sense as it’s in a mall. Overall the experience wasn’t bad I definitely think I’ll come back to real fruit again.

This newly opened Real fruits won’t deliver the right order. It’s the second time that they are messing with my order. I ask for avocado and mango and they won’t even add the mango but instead put Water and Avocado. Avoid ordering from this place and rather do business with the Real Fruits at Victoria and Lawrence.

sherbet is always watery. I tried all the other branches and their sherbet is more slushy but this one always watery. Something must be wrong with the blender. Every time I come I hope they fixed it but seems nothing changed.

Glad to see Real fruit hiring Indians too. I hope she makes it far because i have never seen Indian working in Real fruit. The server was too sweet to make customized drink as requested. I visited on Friday afternoon.

Rude customer service from supervisor, Asian girl. They're out of mangoes for the mango diamonds in the mango diamond slush but literally have mango slices and refuse to just cut some into. Refuse to substitute since she claims they're out even though there is literally sliced mangoes infront of everyone. Over all rude and extremely poor customer service. So apparently we're paying for something we aren't getting.

One of my fav places!! Staff usually provides attentive service and they always make your order fresh. It tastes good and prices are pretty much on par with other bubble tea places. would highly recommend it.
