I ordered the Mango Diamond Slush with tapioca, and it was so good! The texture was perfectly thick and refreshing, and the mango flavor really hit the spot. What made it even better were the free mango pieces they gave to add on top, such a nice touch! Definitely one of the best mango drinks I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Evelyn served us really well. We ordered a mango slush and one banana smoothie and it was so amazing. It us genuinely made from best quality real fruits and feels really awesome.

The service was not good. My seven-year-old daughter wanted to buy a juice, but when she saw the worker's discomfort, she felt sad and didn't complete the order. I was very frustrated. The worker wasn't nice, and she was making noise while working. Not because of the noise of the machine, but because of her use of the tools, and she seemed angry. I think the workers need to learn how to treat customers kindly and how to talk to children.

There’s usually only 1 worker (max 2) which can be very difficult, especially if it’s busy. I appreciate the staff for making everything consistent and delicious!

Not professional !!

the male server (on feb 5, 2025 . 6:38pm) was on his airpods talking to someone while working. he can't even hear us calling him, he was in a bad mood didnt smile at all. he didnt pay attention to the extra instructions we added on our order and had to tell him about it. PS stop serving old mangoes, they taste bad if theyve been sitting outside for hrs, this always happens at the end of the day.

Drinks as good as other Real Fruit Bubble Tea stores and this store is more spacious than many another stores so the atmosphere is better when sitting in the store having drinks

It tastes very bad, with a cheap saccharine taste. Pearl milk tea does not contain pearls by default. The price/performance ratio is extremely low. It is the worst milk tea I have drunk in Toronto!

Isn't the ordering system a bit misleading? Without the tapioca pearls, this is just regular milk tea, right? How can you call it bubble milk tea if the pearls cost extra? At this rate, why not charge extra for the milk and tea too, and just hand me an empty cup instead.

They put pubes in my drink and the woman gave me attitude when I tired to order

Excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT customer service. Stella is experienced, efficient, and amazing at her job, Masha Allah! Dandan was also so friendly and helpful. I have had great experiences here, and I highly recommend!

Real fruit has one of the best Taro juice and Mango slush in the business. Service needs a bit of an improvement. We personally had a rough experience. Better to use the self order system.

Bubble tea was way too sweet for the default option.

While I do agree with others that customer service isn't top notch, I don't blame the workers since they look very overworked as it's just one person usually and don't have time for pleasantries. They even got a self ordering kiosk to serve you quicker and to minimize labour costs. Won't be supporting this place because of this really any not because I care about getting smiles and hellos. Hire more staff.
