I’m a regular at Real Fruit in the STC food court, and I always have a great experience. Ella helped me this time, and she was so kind and super approachable you don’t hesitate to ask questions because she’s happy to answer, even if I repeat them. She really makes the experience enjoyable. Her coworker, Roi (if I got the name right), was also really friendly and welcoming, and you can tell he genuinely cares about customers. He was attentive and worked really well with Ella, which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. You can really feel their positive energy and great teamwork. I ordered the strawberry banana drink, and it was perfectly made fresh and delicious. I really love their service. I’ll definitely keep coming back and would highly recommend this location.

So, I tried Real Fruit for the first time. All the fruits out front really caught my eye. Roi was the person helping me decide on a drink. What a great guy. So patient. Took the time explain the different options. Ella and Leila were so nice as well. The drink was so good, and they were so nice. I work in customer service as well, they were great with other customers that came while I was there. Thank you 🙏🏼

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The server was extremely rude, impatient, and clearly uninterested in doing their job. No greeting, no courtesy—just attitude from the moment I walked in. When I asked a simple question about the menu, I was made to feel like I was bothering them.
My husband he already gave a review but no response cause in your sense he wrote too much but that’s how he (The ROI) showed us no respect and made us so angry and ruined our beautiful day. It’s disappointing to see a place that sells “fresh” drinks but has such a bitter attitude toward customer. And I don’t know how the owner of this company takes all this things so easy.
With so many bubble tea options around, there’s absolutely no reason to come back to a place where respect and basic customer service are clearly lacking. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who values polite service.Very bad customer experience.

Absolutely bizzare customer service experience ever in any Real Fruit visits. Employee Roi was rude and even before asking what we want he straight up saying No without trying to accommodate our customization request for the order where we have never heard a 'NO' and failing to even listen our request. Its not like there were 10+ customers waiting in line when we went there. If he doesn't know he should get help or be polite. But all we got was an attitude from this guy. I'd never return to this location ever. Also will tell my friends not to visit this location.

We visited location in front of Walmart; they use self serve kiosks for ordering drinks; user friendly, fairly short wait time; ordered carrot, apple and watermelon juice and pomegranate with tapioca and lychee. Carrot mix juice was blended on spot and very good; pomegranate didn’t taste like real juice but was alright; would return to try other drinks. Would be great to see staff favourites or best seller identified to help with selection

Disappointed At Real Fruits STC branch in front of Walmart:
I’ve been a loyal customer of Real Fruits for many years, and this is the first time I’ve ever felt so disappointed and disrespected by the service — especially at the STC location in front of Walmart.
Today, I ordered two Mango Diamond Slush drinks and clearly requested 30% sweetness. The lady at the counter said “OK,” and I was told to pick up my order on the other side. While waiting, I watched them make the drinks — and I noticed that my order was poured exactly the same way as everyone else’s, even though I had specifically asked for less sweetness.
When my order was ready, I asked if it was indeed less sweet. The first answer I got was “no.” Then one staff checked with another, and suddenly the answer changed to “yes.” I tried the drink, and — just as I suspected — it was definitely not less sweet.
For my second order, I asked again if it was less sweet. The staff insisted it was. I tried it, and once again, it was way too sweet. When I questioned it, the lady kept insisting it was correct. I even asked if they could taste it to confirm.
Then another staff member stepped in and offered to remake it. I appreciated that — until I tasted the remake. Instead of preparing it properly, they simply watered down the slush, which ruined the drink completely. At that point, I didn’t want to go back and argue again.
But the worst part? When they handed me the drink, the lady gave me an attitude, as if I was the problem. No apology. No care. Just attitude.
As someone who has supported Real Fruits for years, this experience was honestly shocking. I’ve never dealt with this kind of treatment before. Normally, if there’s a mistake, they fix it properly and apologize. But today at the STC location felt different — careless preparation, inconsistent answers, watered-down remakes, and rude service.
Really sad and disappointed.

Honey lemon ginger tea It's extra hot. I love how you can customize and it's the nostalgic feeling of the traditional lemon honey tea you get at a Hong Kong cafe with tapioca
Real lemon and ginger inside. I don't taste much ginger but probably because I didn't let it steap long. I'm typing this as I am trying so hard to wait for it to cool down to take a second sip . I LOVE how hot it is but can't wait to drink more. A bit disappointed that it's not the chewy tapioca (it's popping boba) as they advertised it as tapioca. They should call it popping boba. The taste the hint of strawberry is good so .. ok fine....

Real Fruit Bubble Tea always delivers! The fresh-squeezed juices taste amazing, and the boba is soft, chewy, and perfectly made every time. The store is very clean, tidy, and well maintained, which makes the experience even better. Friendly service, great quality, and consistently delicious drinks. Definitely a must-visit spot for bubble tea lovers!

I asked for extra mango chunks in my drink but still received the same standard amount. It felt like I paid for something I never got. The drink itself was watered down and lacked real fruit flavor. Very disappointing for a place that claims to serve “real fruit.” Not worth the money, I won’t be coming back.

So I told the girl working here to make it with lesser ice, she said then she will use water. It was weird, I’m paying for a fruit drink, why you wanna add water? And then i got the drink, it’s pathetic, no taste at all, feels like I’m drinking water with some mango flavour. This is how they do business? Making money from water? Never going back to this terrible so called real-fruit place
