I had already placed my order through the self-serve kiosk, but the staffs at the front ignored it and kept chatting and laughing instead of preparing it. When they finally started making my order, they didn’t even wear gloves. Very disappointing experience.

the place is infested with fruit flies. i realized after i already put in the order for my drink when i went to the pick up counter and there were flies absolutely EVERYWHERE. i have anxiety so i couldn't speak up to cancel the order but i could not even drink it because of disgust, felt like i was going to vomit. this is a major health hazard. im not scared of a couple flies but the place was swarmed and flying around my drink and all the fruits they use! i always buy from real fruits other locations and would consider myself loyal but i will not be returning here, i had to toss my drink, thats just money down the drain, wish i could get a refund.

I ordered a Mango Diamond Slush and paid extra for Fresh Mango Chunks and paid a tip as well, but the female staff did not put the fresh mango chunks in the drink and argued she did. Terrible service and management.

Always great to order the signature mango slush here. Very enjoyable in summer when mangoes are in season and sweet!

Order 78 sitting waiting 10 plus minutes and they’re making orders for customers that ordered after me.
Edit: ordered placed 1:40 didn’t get till 1:57 17 mins later and I tipped as well which I shouldn’t have and the smoothie looked like crap supposed to be strawberry and banana but more white than anything. Every other time a lot more red looking like they barely put any ingredients in it.

Newer real fruit bubble tea stand located outside the Walmart entrance at STC. Like many of their stores, they have the self serve kiosks which speeds up the ordering process, and shows you more customization options. The staff work quickly here, and the mango slush tastes great. 🥭

Hi there I am so sad explaining my experience which i had yesterday evening at this store. We ordered drinks with no ice cuz we have sore throat and we told the guy to do the same and then he said we can’t do no ice , what we can do is we can put less ice as much as we can and then we said okay . But all the drinks we got are with ice then we accepted two of them but we ask them to change or refund the last drink cuz we already told them that we don’t want ice but they said store was busy and we can’t do that and we can’t do refund like we also worked in the food chain but you shouldn’t be that busy that you can’t even do what the customer asked for. And instead of handling the customer the guy over-there started talking so rudely and started ABUSING us which is so RIDICULOUS and CHILDISH according to me. That guy was with goggles and that time the lady over there handling it and saying Sorry but he was literally laughing behind her. And i just wanna make request that please teach your staff little more patience and workplace attiquettes. May god bless them. Thank you

It's Monday Dec 23 the time is 9:25pm. The mall is open till 9:30pm. The store refused to serve me because, said they are closing, there was another customer in front of me being served. They could have serve me but decided not to. My daughter has Autism and she loves their Mango slush and now she is throwing the biggest tantrum over this.

The quantity of mango chunks were very less compared to other locations. Asked to put more then the behaviour of the customer service representatives shown was very rude. Seemed they are here only to make money nothing else
