Very rude behaviour with the customers, very bad experience

Had really worst customer service experience yesterday evening. Staff were rude even though it wasn't busy at the time.

Newer real fruit bubble tea stand located outside the Walmart entrance at STC. Like many of their stores, they have the self serve kiosks which speeds up the ordering process, and shows you more customization options. The staff work quickly here, and the mango slush tastes great. 🥭

I am so sad explaining my experience which i had yesterday evening at this store. We ordered drinks with no ice cuz we have sore throat and we told the guy to do the same and then he said we can’t do no ice , what we can do is we can put less ice as much as we can and then we said okay . But all the drinks we got are with ice then we accepted two of them but we ask them to change or refund the last drink cuz we already told them that we don’t want ice but they said store was busy and we can’t do that and we can’t do refund like we also worked in the food chain but you shouldn’t be that busy that you can’t even do what the customer asked for. And instead of handling the customer the guy over-there started talking so rudely and started ABUSING us which is so RIDICULOUS and CHILDISH according to me. That guy was with goggles and that time the lady over there handling it and saying Sorry but he was literally laughing behind her. And i just wanna make request that please teach your staff little more patience and workplace attiquettes. May god bless them.

It's Monday Dec 23 the time is 9:25pm. The mall is open till 9:30pm. The store refused to serve me because, said they are closing, there was another customer in front of me being served. They could have serve me but decided not to. My daughter has Autism and she loves their Mango slush and now she is throwing the biggest tantrum over this.

The quantity of mango chunks were very less compared to other locations. Asked to put more then the behaviour of the customer service representatives shown was very rude. Seemed they are here only to make money nothing else

Ordered tow avocados. One with less sugar and extra milk and the other was regular milk and sugar. The barista made both in one machine, stressed that they saw my special order, at the end got both same… sorry but you need to be respectful to your customer ask!

I was really disappointed during my recent visit to Real Fruit. I saw one of the staff peeling mangoes while wearing gloves, which seemed fine at first. But then her phone rang, and she answered it with the same gloves on! After that, she went right back to peeling the fruit without changing them. That’s not okay—no one wants to eat phone germs. Please remind your staff about proper hygiene so customers can feel safe eating the food.

Just got a mango slush and it was horrible no taste !! Tasted like water with mango pieces

Customer service is not good , there are 4 people working and it’s not busy I want to customize the drink because I want less ice and half sugar and want to add more fruits in my drink but Indian guy did not even listen to me he keep ignoring me . The date is 5 November time around 5.00 pm , so it’s my request improve customer service . always ask customer if you want to customize drink I will help you like that they are not willing to help you .that why I leave it I did not order because of attitude. I hope they will improve in future

My first drink today, didn’t eat anything throughout the day and found something red in the coconut sherbet drink at real fruit. Went to ask them about, only response was not our fault, none of the employees offered any alternatives and ignored and avoided the issue.
