Horrible location lady there was so rude you never know who you are dealing with so be careful who you treat that way, not only was I going to drop a $2000 tip as I just got a huge blessing myself but I was going to buy the ladies drink behind me but with the extremely rude service myself and the person behind me left. The staff should be fired and new one should be trained. These kids these days have no manners.

I didn't like the mango slush.. The mangoes are not good.. I didn't have this much worst slush ever.. I had visited so many real fruit but i didn't like this real fruit service..

At Parkway, they close earlier than the time they have posted, AT LEAST 30 minutes OR MORE. I went for a mango slush and the lady told me the machines were already cleaned, so I could not order.
I just went to CoCo at the front of the mall instead and got my order.

Very strange interaction with quite a rude young guy on the front counter... told me I couldn't get my regular drink... every other location makes it for me.. argued and generally not customer service focused... I went down to coco for the first time in the same mall and got exactly what I wanted... Actually really like the flavor of Coco's drink and think I will be going to these from now on.

I ordered mango diamond slush this afternoon for my kid, he felt this sharp piece on his mouth! It was the only food he is having at that time. I couldn’t imagine if he accidentally swallowed this piece!
