We had a great time at Red Lobster on Christmas Day, 2025. My wife and I came to celebrate the holiday, and the overall experience was enjoyable. We tried their new seafood boil from the menu — it was nice, though the flavour could be a bit stronger. We also ordered the fish and chips, which were nothing special, just average. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant way to celebrate Christmas.

Worst experience ever, yesterday I went to celebrate my son's birthday, he chose this place. I was proud that he made a choice of where he wanted to go. Entering the restaurant we were assaulted by the most foul scent of mildew and dank, we had a European server, rude abrasive and demeaning, he was basically barking at us, and followed it up with a laugh, I wanted to leave on the onset but I didn't want to disappoint my son so I stayed. The food took forever and I couldn't find a manager, eventually my daughter wanted to get a dessert on the kids menu and I call the server not realizing that we needed to pay for it. he started yelling at me saying that it's $2:99 and we needed to pay for it. keep in mind we are having dinner for 3 adults and 2 kids so 2:99 was nothing. I told my husband not to leave a tip but he did. As I said I didn't make it an issue because of my son but we won't ever return there Ever!!!
