The food took an extraordinary long time to be served...even the biscuits. Servers were very friendly but seems run off their feet when the restaurant was perhaps only 30% occupied. The manager provided a few complimentary appetizers to tide us over. Cheddar biscuits are on point. The mashed potatoes should be butter/garlic flavour. All I tasted was black pepper. Crab pasts was extremely salty. Steak was not flavored correctly... ended up putting ketchup on it... Parmesan crusted chicken also blah... shrimp cocktail sauce was used to add flavour. Apple crostata served way too hot. All in all, a major disappointment. Only one person on our party enjoyed their dish - Ultimate Feast.
Red Lobster on Sheppard is our go‑to for seafood day—great portions, flavorful dishes, and prompt, caring service. Our server attentively took care of everything, making our visit well worth it. Highly recommend this branch!
Delicious food. Great service! Always pleasant to have a nice dinner at Red Lobster. Thanks to our server Charlene!
Service could have been a bit better. Had to keep asking the server for things and she only came once to see if we were ok or needed anything else.
Staff was great, service was great. Great atmosphere. Very enjoyable evening. Absolutely no complaints. See you again next time.
The restaurant and parking was very full on a Friday night, we are glad that we had a reservation. We got a nice cozy booth. The service was great. The lobster tail was quite fresh and tasty. However, it was a little salty. The biscuits and rice were very buttery and yummy. The food is a bit pricey compared to the quantity. We enjoyed the food and time spent there.
We went to the Red lobster to celebrate my birthday. The general manager was going table to table to ensure everyone was served and happy. She had a lovely personality. The food was delicious, the waiter was kind. Our time together was perfect at a perfect size booth. The restaurant treated me with an ice cream sundae finale to finish off our perfect meal together. It was a great time. Thank you
Just like I remember it from the 90s. We had a good time, food was delicious, and the value for money was worth it.
It's a great place to eat some lobster and shrimp. I am not a big fan of a lobster overall and theirs is a bit too overcooked and not something I'd eat again. The shrimp is amazing really, you can't go wrong with any type you choose. The fries are horrible, like they were a few days old, really not fresh. But overall a good place
Came for dinner with family from out of town. We went to order the Boston Ice Tea, as it's on the drink menu, to be told no iced tea was available due to the Fuze not being available in restaurant as of yet. This is fine, but it should be marked or labelled somewhere. Food was ok - we ordered escargots, and they were overcooked and in-edible. Server never came to ask how meal was, refill drinks or anything. Definitely not worth the money

Such great bang for your buck! My wife and I split the ultimate feast (not a huge fan of the breaded shrimp, but no prob to replace it with a second garlic shrimp) + a $25 bottle of wine!! And the biscuits!!
Those drinks were extremely sweet, but other than that, the food was as expected pretty good 👍

Good quality food, big portions, and very decent prices. Where can you get grilled chicken breast, grilled shrimp, biscuits, and a side for under $20. This ain't no fast food either.
There is nostalgia coming here, but ample booth seating. Red Lobster has kind staff across all ages. This is truly a diversity employer. Wait staff organized by tables so don't be alarmed if one doesn't service you because they are looking after their section.
Will come back.
