Reginos pizza & wings (Morningside)

I ordered an extra large pizza with HALAL PEPPERONI and halal chicken. The pizza arrived and the moment I opened the box, I could smell the stench of pork. I got my buddy to try a slice and he confirmed it’s pork. I called the store to let them know that they made a mistake thinking they’ll send me a new pizza. Instead the lady working there tells me they only have 1 type of pepperoni so it MUST be halal. I ask her if it’s beef or pork and she goes silent. She then says it’s “halal pork.” I asked if she’s had beef or pork before and she says she’s vegetarian so she wouldn’t really know…
Steer clear of this place and go down the street to any of the other 10 pizza places. This place will feed you god knows what and lie to your face about what it is. I can guarantee there is nothing in this place that is halal. They’ll sell you bacon and call it halal. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst pizza joint ever over priced customer service is garbage don’t waste your money go buy a hotdog instead

Ordered xtra large pizza that arrived cold. Delivery guy did not have a pizza warming bag, so just brought the box. When I complained they were not willing to compensate or apply a credit. We will do better next time….. was the answer. The fact that I pre paid and left a 20 % tip, is a lesson learned!
First and last time!!

$6.50 for a single half slice and a can of pop. Tasted raw and doughy. My local place does $5 for a double slice. Many better options around.

Walked out and asked myself "Did I just get scammed?" Turns out, yes I did!

Ordered a large pizza for $24. Asked for less cheese and they did NOT follow. Paid extra for philly steak and barely got any. The dipping sauces were the highlight.

These new employees are very disappointing. Ive been a loyal customer of 15+ years. Will NOT return!

Bought a walking special very small for a medium.. asked bbq sauce on top ... they said extra charge.... really please don't go to this pizza shop .

Was in a bind to order pizza for the kids. Paid $18 for a medium pizza. Placed on the phone and went to pick up after 20 minutes and that’s when they were making it.

Got home and the pizza was not cooked!

Called to let them know! Bad customer service. She said we don’t make bad pizza, it’s just dough, it’s not raw! I can’t do anything about it and hung up!

This place use to be much better!

RIP OFF! Similar to other review on this location. One slice = single slice of a large pizza. Paid $6.50 for a cheese ‘slice’. She still asked me if I wanted to heat it up ??‍♀️ and if I wanted a bag to go. ? This isn’t a sit down place so yes, I wanted a bag to cover my pizza. Place is a joke. Do not recommend. If I could I would give this zero stars.
