Ordered chicken fingers with plum sauce for delivery. Chicken fingers arrived cooked on outside and raw in the middle. The food was not just a little under cooked, it was so raw I threw it in the garbage.

Was charged $6.50 for one slice of pepperoni pizza (not one large slice cut in two like other establishments, just one single slice) and a garlic dipping sauce. Came back today for another and the cashier came into the shop from outside and proceeded to warm up my pizza without washing her hands. When I asked her if she was going to wash her hands, she said “I didn’t touch anything”. It is extremely important for restaurants to practice cleanliness as we just recovered from a pandemic and are still in flu season- you also owe your patrons the guarantee that your establishment and workers are clean. Who knows what else is going on that customers are not able to see…

Terrible customer service. I was told there is a 0.90 charge for using credit, I told the employee no problem I will use debit. Employee fails to inform me there is a 0.90 charge for debit purchases too.To make things worse Pizza slice tastes terrible, feels like it's been sitting there all day. $5 for a terrible pizza Slice NEVER AGAIN

Beware of ordering online and paying ahead. I ordered and paid online for the manager's special, which was 2 extra large, 3 topping pizzas, plus a 2l pop. After an hour the pizza arrived... no pop. The driver just walked away. I called the store and the woman said the driver would return with the pop. Called 40 min. later, I was told he was on his way. Then wait, I'll get the manager, she hung up, and hung up every time I called. The pizza is good. The delivery service is bad, and can't be trusted. The woman was rude, and wanted to cheat me. However, yesterday I went there with the receipt. Bill, an employee apologized and gave me the 2l pop. But, we did not have pop with our pizza, and I should not have had to go there after paying $5.99 delivery.

This place is dirty. Filth right above pizza oven. Dirt all over floors. Ordered 3x large fries, came in large container, with small fries quantity. $40.00! Called them as soon as I got home and explained, they said bring it back for refund. Brought it back, and she changed her mind about refund, but now she has my 40.00 and 3x fries. Of course I wouldn't leave, she called police, told them I had a knife! I almost got arrested until the 8 POLICE OFFICERS realized she lied!!! Anyways, I didn't get my money back and don't want the fries that she took behind the counter. $40.00 down the drain!
