Reginos Pizza (Danforth & Pharmacy)

I visited this restaurant last night and had an amazing experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious – the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the crust was just right. The decoration of the restaurant added to the warm and cozy vibe, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal.

A special shoutout to the girl with red hair who served us – her service was exceptional! She was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better.

Thank you for the fantastic food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I tried out this spot as it’s pretty near me as I live pretty near the Danforth strip, I went got a quick bite after a long day of work, and the pizza was very good with a very reasonable price as well, the two lady’s in the shop were very sweet and nice and when I told them about my allergies they were very thoughtful and understanding

Hey ive been knowing this spot for a while, ive tried their butter chicken pizza and it was phenomenonal. There was this tall guy with glasses in the shop was very nice and he gave me a free dipping when I didnt have enough change. Really cool people as well, I definitly reccomend this place

Best pizza in town!! It is always cooked to perfection and perfect portion of cheese and toppings. I have been going for many years and it never disappoints! Priced reasonably for the size and quality of pizza! 10/10

5 stars for in-store slices. I've never gotten delivery but I have eaten many slices going home from work and there's always lots of toppings and a decent amount of stringy cheese when you take a bite. There's obviously the odd time where you get the last piece and it isn't "perfect" but I've never had a complaint.

You guys are the only place who messes up someone’s order and says “call the next day and have someone deal with it”. Give me a break… absolute garbage customer service. You screwed up our order you should correct it or refund us. DONT ORDER FROM HERE

I rarely write reviews , But i have to if you have hired such old employees who doesn't know how to talk

I made an uber eats order and tried contacting the restaurant for a simple , short and crisp doubt.

The lady (Sri lankan or Tamil) she told me the answer to your question is "I DONT KNOW , DID YOU HEAR ME ? I DONT KNOW YOUR ANSWER IS I DONT KNOW DONT CALL OKAY"

These were the exact words.
Which is just so sad

Then i called her back to know her name so that i can put in this review, so i called and asked for her name to which she replies "DO WHATEVER YOU CAN I WILL SEE , NOTHING WILL HAPPEN MAKE AS MANY COMPLAINTS AS YOU WANT. I WILL NOT TELL YOU MY NAME DO WHATEVER YOU CAN"

What in the world just happened? I mean what in the world just happened.

One of the better pizza places in the area...usually!!! That said their normal bake is over baked for me...prefer their lightly baked option. I'd strongly advise against ordering Pineapple on your pizza. I'm assuming they are using crushed canned Pineapple. Never in my pizza eating career have I encountered such devastating mush mounds of Pineapple.

Hate that they changed their regular pineapple to crushed pineapple from a can, it sucks, it does not taste right and I believe they are just being cheap because crushed pineapple might be more cost efficient. They also did not make any effort to let their customers know of the change. Also when I walked in for a pick up, I described my order in full detail, provided them my name which was written on the receipt that was attached to my order and they would not give me the order I had already prepaid for unless I showed them proof of on my phone. ?‍♂️ Like who else is going to know my name, full description of my order and when to pick it up but myself and I can't stand seeing when whoever is running the cash takes my pizza out of the oven to box it and grabs the crust to spin it with their dirty hands they just finished handling money with as they cut it into slices. Last but least they used to have decent prices and a moderate price increase due to inflation is understandable but they went so overboard with their new drastic price adjustments it disgusts me. I AM TRULY FED UP WITH THIS PLACE.
