Just visited a few minutes ago, and the customer service was horrible and unwelcoming.. Regretting for giving tip... Asked something very politely to the cashier, and she responded very rudely...
It is not just bc of the good ice cream but also for the excellent costumer service provide by the owner.
Taste was average. The making process was very short. Spent less than a min on the freezer base to make the ice cream. Much less time taken than other roll ice cream places.
Expected at least real strawberries would be used for 9 bucks a cup but were not. Just fruit flavoured liquid plus 3 toppings (which too did not have real fruits). Disappointed.
Would not recommend.

This bright, colourful ice cream store provides superb ice cream products and the service is absolutely outstanding. We had Rollz ice cream and kalakata popping soda, loved it! Will be back for more soon

It was such a welcoming vibe and the service level was so professional from the staff name Sarina. I just love her energy and I will definitely recommend to go there and try it.
