What a dirty filthy hole. Greasy spoon would be an understatement. Greasy carpeting has to be over 30 years old. Where there isn't a greasy carpet they have very slippery tiles. You could kill yourself trying to get to the washroom in the basement. The atmosphere is bland and looks very worn down. I could find nothing special about this place unless you appreciate what is use old and tired looking. They must have a loyal following because they have some good reviews. I know better now. You won't see my face in there ever again.

Friendly service and the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. The food was delicious with generous portions. Almost all the tables and booths were taken which says a lot about how popular this place is. Reasonably priced for the quantity and quality of food. Lots of parking and wheelchair accessible.

Amazing place for breakfast! It looks kind of unassuming and almost dingy from the outside but it has a classic breakfast diner charm inside, older decor but the energy is cozy but also bustling. Food is absolutely delicious. If you order pancakes be prepared, they are BIG.

I came here with my husband for a quick brunch. We got the harvest breakfast with 2 pancakes, 3 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 1 ham and home fries. We upgraded to the cinnamon roll pancakes. The breakfast was okay however it was the service that was really bad. Our server ( I don’t know her name because she did not introduce herself) was rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming. She barely spoke and never checked up on our table once. When she brought out food she just placed it on the table and left silently. We had to flag her down just to pay for the bill and only then she asked if we wanted more coffee. For the entire time we were there we only saw her when we placed the order and when we paid. We noticed how friendly she was with other tables and how talkative other staff were to their own tables too. It felt a bit discriminatory how we were the only table she barely acknowledged. Would not go back.

Amazing breakfast, one of the best in Scarborough. Particularly good eggs Benedict. Very lovely ladies and incredible service. Felt right at home. 10/10!

Rosemary & Thyme is a brunch staple in the area. It is always busy, and you have a great menu of good food to choose from. We are always happy with the food quality and service!

Special shout-out to the best server Agnes! We are luckily always sat in her section. She is so friendly and welcoming, and goes out of her way to make sure we have a great day.

The Greek food was incredible highly recommend. I got the Benny but the hollandaise sauce was different- not like a traditional hollandaise and the peameal bacon was pork tenderloin sliced thinly and wasn’t cured. I would recommend skipping the Benny but the other breakfasts looked amazing and the prices are great!

It’s been about 10 years since I’ve lived in the area and been to R&T but good things stand the test of time! Such a homey spot with great food and atmosphere. It takes me 40 min to get here but it’s worth it. They haven’t missed a beat and I’ll be back!!!
